【摘要】：目的評估湖北省免疫規(guī)劃信息管理系統(tǒng)(HIIMS)建設(shè)的工作質(zhì)量和管理水平。方法在全省各選擇30家縣(市、區(qū),下同)級疾病預(yù)防控制中心(CDC)、醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科接種單位和鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)、街道,下同)級接種單位,按照HIIMS規(guī)定的CDC、接種單位、兒童預(yù)防接種信息管理系統(tǒng)客戶端(CIIMCS)基本操作流程規(guī)范和考核指標,對2014年HIIMS實施效果進行評估,對全省1 884個CIIMCS上傳到HIIMS平臺的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析。結(jié)果在全省2008~2014年出生的在冊管理兒童中,第一類疫苗累計應(yīng)種53635062劑次,實際接種48 342 942劑次,總接種率90.13%。2014年1884個接種單位納入HIIMS管理,1857個接種單位異地接種2534204劑次,占98.57%;異地遷入接種1 152 984劑次,異地臨時接種1381220劑次,分別占總異地接種的45.50%、54.50%。在30家產(chǎn)科接種單位中,個案錄入率98%、基本信息錄入完整率95%者分別占93.33%、96.67%,接種證機打率為92.05%。在30家鄉(xiāng)級接種單位中,每月開展主動搜索和及時補種等工作占46.67%;CIIMCS兒童111672名中,未分類占0.33%,姓名未更新占3.10%,重卡占0.01%;5日內(nèi)個案信息及時上傳率和備份率均為100%;5日內(nèi)新生兒個案信息及時審核率為98.68%;5日內(nèi)及時審核率99%的縣占70.87%。結(jié)論 HIIMS的實施全面實現(xiàn)了全省"一地建卡、異地接種"和所有預(yù)防接種信息的共享;開展評估工作可及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決存在的問題,有效地促進各級CDC和接種單位正確規(guī)范的使用信息系統(tǒng),提高數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the work quality and management level of the construction of HIIMS in Hubei Province. Methods 30 counties (cities and districts) were selected in each province. The next level of disease prevention and control center, hospital obstetrics inoculation units and township (town, street, the same below) level of vaccination units, according to the HIIMS provisions of the CDC, vaccination units. In 2014, the effect of HIIMS implementation was evaluated by the standard of basic operation flow and the assessment index of the basic operation flow of CIIMCSs, which is the client of the information management system for child vaccination. The data of 1 884 CIIMCS uploaded to the HIIMS platform in the province were analyzed. The results were found in the children who were born in the province from 2008 to 2014. The accumulative dose of the first type vaccine was 53635062 doses, and the actual dose was 48,342,942 doses. The total inoculation rate was 90.13.1884 inoculation units were brought into the management of HIIMS in 2014. 2534204 doses were inoculated in 1857 inoculation units, accounting for 98.57 doses. 1 152 984 doses of inoculation and 1381220 doses of temporary inoculation were carried out in different places, accounting for 45.50% of the total inoculation in different places and 54.50% of the total inoculation times, respectively. The evaluation work can find and solve the existing problems in time, effectively promote the correct and standardized use of information systems at all levels of CDC and inoculation units, and improve the quality of data.
