【摘要】：正關(guān)于"紅嘴綠鸚哥"的由來有一段有趣的傳說。話說,當(dāng)年乾隆下江南時,一次在農(nóng)家用飯。農(nóng)婦在自家的菜園中挖了些菠菜,給乾隆帝做了個菠菜燒豆腐。乾隆食之頗覺鮮美,很是贊賞。問其菜名,農(nóng)婦說"金鑲白玉版,紅嘴綠鸚哥"。乾隆大悅,封農(nóng)婦為皇姑,從此菠菜又有了"皇姑菜"這一別稱。菠菜是舶來品,原產(chǎn)于伊朗,在一千三百多年前唐貞觀二年,尼泊爾將菠菜子作為貢品進(jìn)獻(xiàn)。古代阿拉伯人曾把菠菜稱為"菜中之王"。菠菜,維生素的寶庫"菠菜豆腐雖賤,山珍海味不換",這是我國
