【摘要】：目的建立同時測定工作場所空氣中乙酸乙烯酯(VA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的溶劑解吸-氣相色譜方法。方法工作場所空氣中的VA和MMA用對苯二酚浸漬活性炭吸附管采集,二硫化碳解吸,DB-FFAP毛細管氣相色譜柱分離,火焰離子化檢測器檢測。結(jié)果本方法 VA和MMA分別在18.6~186.2和187.2~1 872.0 mg/L范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.999 97和0.999 98,最低檢出濃度分別為0.7和0.8 mg/m3(以采集1.5 L空氣樣品計),平均解吸效率分別為92.6%~97.8%和95.9%~99.1%,批間相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差分別為1.8%~2.6%和0.5%~2.2%,采樣效率均為100.0%,樣品在4℃冰箱中可保存7 d。結(jié)論本方法操作簡便,靈敏度高,精密度和準(zhǔn)確度好,適用于工作場所空氣中VA和MMA的同時檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a simultaneous determination of vinyl acetate (VA) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the air of workplace. Methods VA and MMA in workplace air were collected by hydroquinone impregnated activated carbon adsorption tube. Separation of carbon disulfide by DB-FFAP Capillary Gas Chromatography. Results the linear range of VA and MMA was 186.2 and 187.2 mg/L, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.999 97 and 0.999 98, and the lowest detectable concentrations were 0.7 and 0.8 mg / m ~ (3), respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 92.8% and 95.9%, and the relative standard deviation between batches was 1.8% and 2.2%, respectively. The sample can be stored in refrigerator at 4 鈩，
