【摘要】：目的了解南寧市青年學生艾滋病疫情及高危行為情況,為針對學校學生開展艾滋病防治工作提供科學依據(jù)。方法利用艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)資料和哨點監(jiān)測資料,分析2010—2015年南寧市15歲以上學生艾滋病疫情特征及青年學生艾滋病高危行為。結(jié)果 2010—2015年南寧市共報告感染艾滋病的15歲以上學生126例,男生120例,女生6例。傳播途徑均為性傳播,其中同性性傳播占68.25%,異性傳播占31.75%。2010—2015年青年學生發(fā)生過性行為的比例男生高于女生(χ~2=51.91,P0.01);最近1年有配偶或同居的異性性伴的比例男生高于女生(χ~2=19.37,P0.01)。2010—2015年青年學生最近1年與臨時性伴發(fā)生過性行為的比例,女生有增高趨勢(χ~2=5.81,P0.05),男生差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。2010—2015年男生中約有1.2%有過同性肛交性行為,2015年男生發(fā)生過肛交性行為的比例高于2010—2014年(χ~2=11.14,P0.01)。商業(yè)性行為男性比例高于女性(χ~2=6.51,P0.05)。最近1年接受過有關(guān)預(yù)防艾滋病宣傳服務(wù)的比例,2014—2015年青年學生明顯高于2010—2013年(χ~2=380.05,P0.01)。2010—2015年青年學生最近1年做過艾滋病檢測的比例差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=3.78,P0.05)。結(jié)論南寧市學生艾滋病感染人數(shù)逐年增加,同性性行為是學生感染HIV的主要途徑,臨時性行為、商業(yè)性行為普遍存在,HIV檢測率低。建議加強宣傳干預(yù),提高高危人群的檢測意識。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the AIDS epidemic and high risk behavior of young students in Nanning, provide scientific basis for school students to carry out AIDS prevention and control work. By using the method of AIDS prevention and control information system data and sentinel surveillance data, analysis of 2010 students over the age of 15 in Nanning city in 2015 the AIDS epidemic characteristics and HIV risk behaviors. The young students in Nanning from 2010 to 2015 the city reported a total of HIV infected students over the age of 15 in 126 cases, male 120 cases, 6 cases were female. Transmission route was spread, in which same-sex sexual transmission accounted for 68.25%, heterosexual transmission accounted for 31.75%.2010 in 2015 the young students had sex ratio of male was higher than female (~2=51.91, P0.01); the last 1 years spouses or heterosexual cohabitation with the proportion of boys were higher than girls (~2=19.37, P0.01) -.2010 2015 young students in recent 1 years and temporary sex behavior The proportion of girls has increased (x ~2=5.81, P0.05), there was no significant difference between boys.2010 2015 boys about 1.2% had homosexual anal sex, 2015 boys had anal sex ratio is higher than 2010 - 2014 (x ~2=11.14, P0.01). The commercial sex proportion of men was higher than women (x ~2=6.51, P0.05). The last 1 years received AIDS related prevention advocacy services the proportion of young students was significantly higher than that of 2014 - 2015 2010 - 2013 (~2=380.05, P0.01) -.2010 2015 young students in recent 1 years the proportion of HIV testing had no statistically significant difference (~2=3.78, P0.05). Conclusion the students' AIDS infection in Nanning the number has increased year by year, sex is the main way for students to HIV infection, temporary behavior, widespread commercial sexual behavior, HIV detection rate is low. Suggestions to strengthen propaganda and intervention, improve the detection awareness of high-risk populations.
