【摘要】：正近日,發(fā)表在《營養(yǎng)學》雜志上的一項研究表明,辣椒提取物可將靜息能量消耗(REE)提升6%。研究使用的是Omni Active健康科技公司的辣椒提取物。所謂靜息能量消耗,是指機體禁食2h以上,在適合溫度下平臥休息30min后的能量消耗,主要用于維持機體細胞、器官的正常功能和人體的覺醒狀態(tài)。研究表明,靜息能量消耗可以占到人體每日卡路里消耗量的60%,促進靜息能量消耗,有助于人體的能量平衡和體重管理。
[Abstract]:Just recently, a study published in the Journal of nutrition < > that pepper extract can be the resting energy expenditure (REE) 6%. are studied using Omni extract of Capsicum Active health technology company. The resting energy expenditure, refers to the body of fasting 2h, consumption in the suitable temperature supine rest after 30min energy the main body, to maintain the normal function of cells, organs and body awareness. The study shows that the resting energy expenditure can be accounted for 60% of the human daily calorie consumption, promote resting energy expenditure, energy balance and weight management is helpful to the human body.
