【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的飛速發(fā)展,社會對勞動者合法權(quán)益的關(guān)注度也越來越高,國家政府在制定相關(guān)防護(hù)政策的同時(shí)也會對勞動者進(jìn)行相應(yīng)安全作業(yè)的教育,提高勞動者的自我保護(hù)意識。然而在高溫高濕環(huán)境中從事體力工作的勞動者通常不能很好的評價(jià)自己的主觀熱感覺與實(shí)際生理承受能力的關(guān)系,導(dǎo)致勞動過程中發(fā)生意外。為了能更好的保障高溫作業(yè)環(huán)境下勞動者的生命安全和身體健康,本文的主要研究目的是找到當(dāng)勞動者主觀訴求不舒適時(shí),與之相關(guān)性最大的生理參數(shù)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)在天津大學(xué)環(huán)境艙內(nèi)進(jìn)行,實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度從25℃至40℃,環(huán)境濕度從50%至90%,受試者選取在校大學(xué)生,利用跑步機(jī)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),其運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度分別為靜坐、3.5km/h慢走、5.5km/h急走。在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中測試受試者的口腔溫度、平均皮膚溫度、心率、血氧飽和度、能量代謝率和蓄熱率,同時(shí)填寫主觀調(diào)查問卷,獲取受試者的主觀感受。 分析人體在高溫環(huán)境下從事體力勞動時(shí)各項(xiàng)生理參數(shù)的變化,可知隨著運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度和熱應(yīng)力的提高,各項(xiàng)參數(shù)都會產(chǎn)生顯著變化;同時(shí)可以得知,在熱應(yīng)力和運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度相當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候,熱應(yīng)力對男生的影響大于女生,而運(yùn)動強(qiáng)度對女生的影響大于男生。 分析主觀感受與生理參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,當(dāng)人體主觀感覺疲勞時(shí),口渴是最突出的主觀癥狀;同時(shí),對耐受能力和各項(xiàng)生理參數(shù)應(yīng)用SPSS Statistics 17.0軟件進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,得到結(jié)論口腔溫度是與受試者主觀耐受能力相關(guān)性最大的生理參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country ' s economy and science and technology , the attention of the society to the legitimate rights and interests of the workers is becoming higher and higher . In the meantime , the state government can make corresponding safety operation education and raise the awareness of the workers ' self - protection . However , in the high - temperature and high - humidity environment , the workers who are engaged in physical strength usually cannot evaluate their relationship between subjective heat feeling and actual physical ability , which leads to accidents in the labor process . In order to better guarantee the life safety and health of the workers under the high - temperature working environment , the main purpose of this paper is to find the physiological parameters which are the most relevant when the workers ' subjective claim is not comfortable .
