地溝油生物柴油碳煙微粒排放及肺沉積表面積研究

【摘要】:在柴油機上分別燃燒純地溝油生物柴油和純石化柴油在每一負荷工況下運用顆粒物測試系統(tǒng)NanoMet3研究碳煙微粒的排放及肺沉積表面積。結(jié)果表明:各工況下,地溝油生物柴油碳煙微粒數(shù)量濃度及質(zhì)量濃度均小于石化柴油。小負荷時兩種燃料的差距不大;大負荷時,地溝油生物柴油碳煙微粒數(shù)量濃度及質(zhì)量濃度遠小于石化柴油;但增幅高于石化柴油。地溝油生物柴油碳煙微粒的平均粒徑比石化柴油小,其肺沉積表面積小于石化柴油,對人體的危害值低于石化柴油。碳煙微粒肺沉積表面積受到平均粒徑和數(shù)量濃度的共同作用,其增幅與數(shù)量濃度的增幅呈現(xiàn)出相同的變化趨勢。
[Abstract]:Combustion of pure gutter oil biodiesel and pure petrochemical diesel oil on diesel engine under each load condition was studied by particulate matter test system (NanoMet3). The results show that: (1) the emission of soot particles and the surface area of lung deposition are studied. Under all working conditions. The amount and mass concentration of soot particles in gutter oil biodiesel are lower than those in petrochemical diesel oil. At high load, the quantity and mass concentration of soot particles in gutter oil biodiesel is much lower than that in petrochemical diesel oil. But the increase was higher than that of petrochemical diesel oil. The average particle size of soot particles of waste oil biodiesel was smaller than that of petrochemical diesel oil, and its lung deposition surface area was smaller than that of petrochemical diesel oil. The damage value to human body is lower than that of petrochemical diesel oil, and the pulmonary deposition surface area of soot particles is affected by the average particle size and the concentration of quantity, and the increase of the increase is the same as the increase of the quantity concentration.
