【摘要】：目的探討母乳成分對(duì)純母乳喂養(yǎng)嬰兒體重生長(zhǎng)速率的影響。方法選取定期進(jìn)行兒童保健的138例純母乳喂養(yǎng)足月單胎嬰兒及其乳母作為研究對(duì)象。在定期兒童保健時(shí)間點(diǎn)進(jìn)行嬰兒體重、身長(zhǎng)及頭圍的測(cè)量,采用Z積分計(jì)算生長(zhǎng)速度,并根據(jù)ΔZ積分將研究對(duì)象分為生長(zhǎng)不良組(ΔZ積分≤-0.67)、生長(zhǎng)速度低下組(-0.67ΔZ積分0)和正常對(duì)照組(ΔZ積分≥0)。采集嬰兒母親成熟乳進(jìn)行母乳成分分析,比較3組成熟乳中蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、碳水化合物、礦物質(zhì)和能量的水平差異。結(jié)果生長(zhǎng)不良組、生長(zhǎng)速度低下組體重ΔZ積分顯著低于正常對(duì)照組(P0.05)。生長(zhǎng)不良組、生長(zhǎng)速度低下組成熟乳中蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪含量及能量水平與正常對(duì)照組相比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,但碳水化合物和礦物質(zhì)含量均低于正常對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論成熟乳母乳成分可短時(shí)間內(nèi)在一定程度上影響純母乳喂養(yǎng)嬰兒的體重增長(zhǎng)速率,乳母應(yīng)均衡膳食,提高成熟乳質(zhì)量以維持嬰兒良好的體格生長(zhǎng)速率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of the composition of breast milk on body weight growth rate of breast fed infants. Methods 138 cases of regular breastfeeding in full-term singleton infants and children's health care nurse as the research object. The baby weight in regular child care time, length and head circumference measurement, using Z integral calculation of growth rate, according to a Z integral research object can be divided into negative growth group (Z score less than or equal to -0.67), the low speed growth group (-0.67 Z 0 points) and normal control group (Z score = 0). The mother of the baby milk collection mature breast milk composition analysis, comparison of 3 proteins, cooked in milk fat, carbohydrate, level difference minerals and energy. The poor growth group, the growth rate of the low weight group Z score significantly lower than the normal control group (P0.05). Poor growth group, the growth rate is low. The protein in milk can be cooked, and fat content The amount and the normal control group had no significant difference, but the carbohydrate and mineral content were lower than the normal control group (P0.05). Conclusion the mature milk composition of breast milk can be affected within a short period of time to a certain extent in breast fed infants weight growth rate, nursing mothers should be balanced diet, improve the quality of mature milk to maintain good baby physique the growth rate.
