【摘要】：目的探討含碘消毒劑對(duì)臨床耐藥菌株最小殺菌濃度(MBC)。方法以安爾碘為研究對(duì)象,采用對(duì)倍稀釋法,以不同濃度對(duì)臨床耐藥菌株和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株大腸埃希菌(8099)和金黃色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538)分別作用1、3、5 min,觀察殺滅效果。結(jié)果安爾碘的有效碘含量為7.81 mg/L,作用1 min可將所有檢測(cè)菌全部殺滅;有效碘含量為3.90 mg/L,作用5 min可將檢測(cè)的所有菌株全部殺滅。但作用1 min,革蘭陽(yáng)性菌中有7株臨床分離的金黃色葡萄球菌的MBC(7.81 mg/L)高于其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株(3.90 mg/L);作用5 min,革蘭陰性菌中有18株菌的MBC(3.90mg/L)高于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株大腸埃希菌(1.95 mg/L)。結(jié)論絕大部分臨床多重耐藥菌對(duì)安爾碘的抗力未超過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)菌株,仍呈現(xiàn)出良好的殺滅效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the minimal bactericidal concentration of iodized disinfectants against clinical drug-resistant strains. Clinical resistant strains and standard strains of Escherichia coli 8099) and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538) were treated with different concentrations for 1 ~ 3 ~ 5 min, respectively. Results the effective iodine content was 7.81 mg 路L ~ (-1). After 1 min exposure, all the bacteria could be killed. The effective iodine content was 3.90 mg / L, 5 min could kill all the strains tested, but the effect was 1 min. The MBC(7.81 mg / L of 7 clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus in Gram-positive bacteria was higher than that of its standard strain of 3.90 mg / L; Action 5 min. There are 18 strains of Gram-negative bacteria with MBCN 3.90 mg / L) higher than the standard strain Escherichia coli 1.95 mg / L). Conclusion the resistance of most clinical multidrug resistant bacteria to Anor iodine is not higher than that of standard strains. Still showing good killing effect.
