【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)分析和評價醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心內(nèi)部封閉回收箱清洗消毒工作的開展現(xiàn)狀,找尋能夠切實提升醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心內(nèi)部封閉回收箱清洗消毒工作質(zhì)量水平的具體方法。方法:擇取2015年1月—2015年12月我院消毒供應(yīng)中心正在循環(huán)使用的封閉回收箱62個作為本次研究對象,按照箱體自帶編號隨機將其等分為研究組和參照組,每組各31個,參照組封閉回收箱實施清水沖洗聯(lián)合消毒擦拭法,研究組封閉回收箱實施8.4消毒液噴灑聯(lián)合消毒擦拭法,在完成清洗消毒環(huán)節(jié)后,選取封閉回收箱箱體結(jié)構(gòu)中的3個重點位置實施采樣和細菌培養(yǎng),并針對細菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果實施對比分析。結(jié)果:研究組封閉回收箱的總清洗消毒合格率、內(nèi)面清洗消毒合格率和把手清洗消毒合格率顯著高于參照組,組間數(shù)據(jù)差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組封閉回收箱的外面清洗消毒合格率與參照組大致相當(dāng),組間數(shù)據(jù)差異不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:針對醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)室內(nèi)部的封閉回收箱應(yīng)用8.4消毒液噴灑聯(lián)合消毒擦拭法實施清洗消毒處理,能夠顯著提升封閉回收箱的消毒清洗合格率,徹底清除封閉回收箱在循環(huán)使用過程中內(nèi)部殘留的血液和體液等復(fù)雜污漬,提升醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心的清洗消毒工作整體質(zhì)量水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to systematically analyze and evaluate the present situation of cleaning and disinfection of closed recycle box in hospital disinfection supply center. To find specific ways to improve the quality of the cleaning and disinfection work in the closed receptacles inside the hospital disinfection supply center. Methods:. From January 2015 to December 2015, 62 closed recycling bins in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as the object of this study. According to the box number, it was randomly divided into study group and reference group, each group 31, the reference group closed recycling box to implement clean water washing combined disinfection wipe method. In the study group, 8.4 disinfectant spraying combined with disinfection and wiping was carried out. After cleaning and disinfection, three key positions in the structure of closed receptacle were selected for sampling and bacterial culture. Results: the qualified rate of total cleaning and disinfection, the qualified rate of inner cleaning disinfection and the qualified rate of handle cleaning disinfection of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group. The difference of data between groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The qualified rate of external cleaning and disinfection of closed recycle bins in the study group was approximately the same as that in the reference group. There was no significant difference in data between groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the method of 8.4 disinfectant spraying combined with disinfection and wiping is used to clean and disinfect the closed receptacle in the disinfection supply room of hospital. It can significantly improve the qualified rate of disinfection and cleaning of the closed recycle box, and thoroughly remove the complex stains such as blood and body fluid remaining in the recycling process of the closed recycle box. To improve the overall quality of the cleaning and disinfection work in the hospital disinfection supply center.
