【摘要】：目的對米非司酮聯(lián)合米索前列醇用于藥物流產(chǎn)的療效及安全性進行分析。方法 100例孕婦根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為各50例的觀察組與對照組,對照組給予口服米索前列醇,觀察組給予口服米非司酮聯(lián)合米索前列醇。結(jié)果觀察組完全流產(chǎn)率高于對照組,陰道流血量,陰道流血時間及胚胎排出時間與不良反應發(fā)生率低于對照組,差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用米非司酮與米索前列醇聯(lián)合的藥物流產(chǎn)方法能夠獲得較高的藥物流產(chǎn)率,且降低陰道出血量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the efficacy and safety of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of drug abortion. Methods 100 pregnant women were divided into two groups according to random number table: observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was given oral misoprostol and the observation group was given mifepristone combined with misoprostol. Results the rate of complete abortion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the amount of vaginal bleeding was higher. Vaginal bleeding time, embryo excretion time and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol can obtain higher drug abortion rate and reduce vaginal bleeding.
