功能文體學(xué)是以韓禮德系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)為基礎(chǔ)的文體學(xué)派別。功能文體學(xué)主要通過分析小句內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及小句間的語義關(guān)系揭示語篇深層次的語義文體特征,在現(xiàn)代文體學(xué)中的作用日益突出。主位結(jié)構(gòu)理論是系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)中語篇功能的一個(gè)重要理論。韓禮德認(rèn)為,主位對于語篇的組織具有重要的意義。本研究應(yīng)用韓禮德主位結(jié)構(gòu)理論分析了母語為英語的學(xué)者撰寫的英文醫(yī)學(xué)研究性論文正文的主位特點(diǎn)以及這些主位所承擔(dān)的文體意義。雖然許多學(xué)者已經(jīng)對不同文體的英語語篇進(jìn)行了主位分析,文獻(xiàn)檢索未見對英文醫(yī)學(xué)研究性論文正文的主位分析研究。在預(yù)實(shí)驗(yàn)成功的前提下,我們采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣法從美國及英國出版的5種SCI收錄的醫(yī)學(xué)期刊中各隨機(jī)抽取5篇英文醫(yī)學(xué)研究性論文,建立了由25篇醫(yī)學(xué)研究性論文組成的語料庫。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們依照韓禮德（Halliday）對主位的分類,分別對英文醫(yī)學(xué)研究性論文前言、方法、結(jié)果、討論四個(gè)部分的單項(xiàng)主位、復(fù)項(xiàng)主位、句項(xiàng)主位、語篇主位、人際主位、話題主位、非標(biāo)記主位和標(biāo)記主位的頻次與頻率進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,并著重對方法部分和討論部分的主位選擇的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析。本研究的主要結(jié)果是:1)根據(jù)主位內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)統(tǒng)計(jì),英語醫(yī)學(xué)論文的正文部分...
