功能文體學是以韓禮德系統(tǒng)功能語言學為基礎的文體學派別。功能文體學主要通過分析小句內(nèi)部結構及小句間的語義關系揭示語篇深層次的語義文體特征,在現(xiàn)代文體學中的作用日益突出。主位結構理論是系統(tǒng)功能語言學中語篇功能的一個重要理論。韓禮德認為,主位對于語篇的組織具有重要的意義。本研究應用韓禮德主位結構理論分析了母語為英語的學者撰寫的英文醫(yī)學研究性論文正文的主位特點以及這些主位所承擔的文體意義。雖然許多學者已經(jīng)對不同文體的英語語篇進行了主位分析,文獻檢索未見對英文醫(yī)學研究性論文正文的主位分析研究。在預實驗成功的前提下,我們采用分層隨機抽樣法從美國及英國出版的5種SCI收錄的醫(yī)學期刊中各隨機抽取5篇英文醫(yī)學研究性論文,建立了由25篇醫(yī)學研究性論文組成的語料庫。在此基礎上,我們依照韓禮德（Halliday）對主位的分類,分別對英文醫(yī)學研究性論文前言、方法、結果、討論四個部分的單項主位、復項主位、句項主位、語篇主位、人際主位、話題主位、非標記主位和標記主位的頻次與頻率進行了統(tǒng)計和分析,并著重對方法部分和討論部分的主位選擇的特點進行了分析。本研究的主要結果是:1)根據(jù)主位內(nèi)部結構統(tǒng)計,英語醫(yī)學論文的正文部分...
