在這項(xiàng)由三部分組成的研究中,分析文本、采訪伊朗中醫(yī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的從業(yè)者、以及通過(guò)普通人群和西方醫(yī)生編寫(xiě)的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集數(shù)據(jù),以分析他們?cè)谥嗅t(yī)領(lǐng)域的觀點(diǎn),同時(shí)也嘗試波斯所擁有與兩國(guó)醫(yī)療關(guān)系領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的所能利用的資源和文本。第一部分:作為兩大帝國(guó),伊朗和中國(guó)在歷史上一直有著廣泛的貿(mào)易、政治、文化、宗教和科學(xué)間的聯(lián)系,而絲綢之路在中國(guó)與伊朗和西方之間的關(guān)系建立與發(fā)展發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用。隨著兩國(guó)關(guān)系的發(fā)展,兩國(guó)的醫(yī)療和草藥聯(lián)系也相對(duì)增加,兩國(guó)草藥貿(mào)易被認(rèn)為是最常見(jiàn)的貿(mào)易之一。從兩國(guó)彼此的歷史、神話文本、書(shū)籍等,如兩國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥書(shū)籍和發(fā)現(xiàn)到的旅行日志,特別是在絲綢之路上發(fā)現(xiàn)歷史作品和藥片里頭,可以很容易地找到兩國(guó)間的醫(yī)療關(guān)系。然而,由于在三次重要的歷史事件當(dāng)中,亞歷山大和阿拉伯人的進(jìn)攻、以及蒙古人對(duì)伊朗的襲擊等,造成許多公共場(chǎng)所和圖書(shū)館被燒毀,導(dǎo)致許多歷史文本和書(shū)籍遭到破壞,因此,在伊朗許多與中國(guó)醫(yī)療有關(guān)證據(jù)都消失了。但由于這類(lèi)事件在中國(guó)的發(fā)生率較低,因此分析許多還未翻譯成其他語(yǔ)言的中文文本,肯定能給我們提供更多關(guān)于兩國(guó)醫(yī)療關(guān)系史的相關(guān)信息。本研究為影響兩國(guó)醫(yī)療關(guān)系最重要的因素,以及證明這種關(guān)系的存在而做精確分析的資料如下:1.伊朗和中國(guó)的歷史文本2.在中國(guó)、伊朗和絲綢之路所發(fā)現(xiàn)的歷史作品3.中國(guó)和伊朗之間的草藥交換4.中國(guó)與伊朗之間的醫(yī)生和其他科學(xué)家等移民5.中草藥在伊朗和中國(guó)醫(yī)生中的相似應(yīng)用6.蒙古政府為發(fā)展兩國(guó)醫(yī)療關(guān)系政策中,將中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)文本翻譯成波斯語(yǔ)的資料根據(jù)以上現(xiàn)有證據(jù),可看出兩個(gè)國(guó)家之間的醫(yī)療關(guān)系在接近2,500年前就開(kāi)始逐漸發(fā)展。兩國(guó)醫(yī)療關(guān)系的高峰期是在中國(guó)元朝時(shí)代,同時(shí)也是蒙古人治理伊朗的時(shí)代。兩國(guó)的醫(yī)療關(guān)系相當(dāng)緊密,以至于可見(jiàn)兩國(guó)的某些傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)原則也反映在彼此現(xiàn)有的文本中,同樣的,在伊朗的醫(yī)學(xué)書(shū)籍中也可找到許多中草藥的名稱(chēng)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的證據(jù)和資料當(dāng)中,可發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)療處方和藥草也在伊朗與中國(guó)商人進(jìn)出口的交易行列之中。兩國(guó)的醫(yī)療合作始于中國(guó)的匈奴(公元206.BC-220),并在唐代(公元618-907年),宋代(公元950-1279年)和元代(公元1271-1368)達(dá)到了高峰,通過(guò)翻譯圖書(shū)、交換藥材、醫(yī)生之間和治療方法的交流中發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)和伊朗傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)有許多相似之處,亦可見(jiàn)中國(guó)與伊朗這兩種傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)彼此之間的關(guān)系。如兩國(guó)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥中皆提到在人體中潮濕、干燥、寒冷和溫暖的性質(zhì),或食品和藥材的冷熱性等。由此可見(jiàn)中國(guó)和伊朗的傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)在這一領(lǐng)域里有相似的概念。這兩個(gè)國(guó)家最被認(rèn)可的醫(yī)療聯(lián)系可以在“Vaghfname Robe Rashidi”和Tangsooghnameh書(shū)中看到,這本書(shū)是由Rashidingin Hamedani從中文翻譯成波斯語(yǔ)的麥覺(jué)書(shū),是關(guān)于中醫(yī)脈象及其與不同疾病的關(guān)系。第2部分:在1974年,應(yīng)許多對(duì)針灸有興趣的伊朗人提出請(qǐng)求,由包括帕拉維基金會(huì)在內(nèi)的政府組織支持,許多中國(guó)針灸醫(yī)生應(yīng)邀前往伊朗對(duì)患者進(jìn)行了針灸治療,為針灸在伊朗的發(fā)展鋪路。伊朗目前唯一的官方針灸機(jī)構(gòu)是伊朗針灸協(xié)會(huì),該協(xié)會(huì)成立于2009年,現(xiàn)在有400名活躍成員。第3部分:在這部分研究中,對(duì)Shahid Hasheminejad醫(yī)院的西醫(yī)師和患者使用了兩種調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并獲得了大量信息。大多數(shù)西方醫(yī)生對(duì)于針灸作為一種治療方法并不熟悉,但大多數(shù)醫(yī)生認(rèn)為針灸是一種除西醫(yī)之外有效的治療方法。因此,超過(guò)一半的醫(yī)師參與者會(huì)讓他們的患者在收到指示時(shí)接受針灸。他們認(rèn)為,針灸可治療的主要疾病為疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病、心理疾病和肥胖癥。在這項(xiàng)研究中,只有少數(shù)患者采用針灸治療他們的疾病�；颊呤褂冕樉闹委熥钪饕募膊“ㄌ弁础⒓∪夤趋兰膊�,神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病和肥胖癥。超過(guò)一半的針灸患者對(duì)癥狀的改善感到滿意。另一方面,對(duì)于療效不滿意的患者也了解到治療失敗的主要原因之一是由于針灸師的經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足。普遍來(lái)說(shuō),大多數(shù)患者皆不相信針灸能作為一種治療方法,大多數(shù)患者在決定接受針灸時(shí)并不清楚該去何處。患者認(rèn)為針灸在治療不同的疼痛、肌肉骨骼疾病和肥胖癥上療效是最好的。
