本文研究重點(diǎn)集中在疾病分類(lèi)系統(tǒng)的研究。在檢討以前的版本，調(diào)查其他國(guó)家類(lèi)似的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基礎(chǔ)上，建設(shè)基于本地化數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的、能夠查詢(xún)疾病的英文名稱(chēng)的網(wǎng)站是本研究的目標(biāo)。 為了了解國(guó)際疾病分類(lèi)的概念不同版本的被檢討的ICD-9-CM，ICD6，ICD7，ICD8, ICD9, ICD10，ICD10-CM和ICD-10-PCS，ICD-10-CA，ICD-11進(jìn)行了審查，并，文學(xué)和編碼技術(shù)的進(jìn)展和趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析。必要性，特殊性，相似性和相關(guān)成本進(jìn)行了分析，并ICD教育需要及其不同版本對(duì)比按問(wèn)題和答案方式。 由于這項(xiàng)研究在中國(guó)目前正在經(jīng)行，筆者特別關(guān)注中國(guó)和醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)，公共衛(wèi)生和健康相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)深入審查，以獲得其中中國(guó)代表的想法，以及如何是中國(guó)本地化ICD的情況后檢討中國(guó)的情況下，需要了解其他國(guó)家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是必要的，所以在澳大利亞，加拿大，德國(guó)，韓國(guó)和美國(guó)的情況也進(jìn)行了分析。 為了做到ICD的網(wǎng)站在中國(guó)本土化和為中國(guó)用戶(hù)準(zhǔn)備網(wǎng)站，需要特別注意對(duì)中國(guó)人的風(fēng)俗和習(xí)慣，因?yàn)樯钌畹奈幕嚓P(guān)的問(wèn)題，因此研究網(wǎng)站總成部分要考慮一些列問(wèn)題如語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)的英文網(wǎng)站，圖片，符號(hào)，顏色，導(dǎo)航，內(nèi)容，格式等進(jìn)行。 最后在NetBeans軟件的幫助下，實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)站本地化，實(shí)現(xiàn)英文界面，能夠查詢(xún)超過(guò)61000種疾病。
