文章摘要：目的：解決傳統(tǒng)門診藥房管理以及就診卡的門診藥房管理流程中，僅僅優(yōu)化了患者排隊(duì)次數(shù)，而沒有提高藥房工作效率的問題。方法：基于自動(dòng)包藥機(jī)的門診藥房管理流程優(yōu)化及實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過引入自動(dòng)包藥機(jī)從配藥和發(fā)藥兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化，使用帶有標(biāo)簽的藥筐來保證兩個(gè)流程的連續(xù)性，配藥師只需要拿藥筐到相應(yīng)出藥口取藥放到傳送帶，傳輸給前臺(tái)發(fā)藥師核對(duì)后即可完成發(fā)藥，從根本上提高了藥房工作人員的發(fā)藥效率。結(jié)果：門診藥房工作效率得到了極大的提高，患者等待次數(shù)和等待時(shí)間已經(jīng)明顯減少。結(jié)論：門診藥房管理流程優(yōu)化有效緩解了藥房工作壓力。

Abstr：OBJECTIVE To solve the problems happened in the management of traditional pharmacy and in the management process of medical cards in outpatient pharmacy only by optimization of the number of patients, queuing, while without improving pharmacy dficieney. METHODS The optimization and implementation of the drug management process was mainly based on the introduction of automatic medicine- packing machine in outpatient pharmacy. Through the introduction of automatic medicine packing machine and the optimization of process from two aspects of dispensing and distribution of medicine, the continuity of the two processes was carried out by using the labeled drug basket. Pharmacists only needed to carry the drug basket, getting the medicine at the corresponding outlet and putting the medicine on the conveyer band, the drugs would be transferred to the front desk, after checking to complete pharmacists＇ dispensing; the pharmacists＇ efficiency of dispensing was fundamen tally improved. RESULTS Practice has proved that the pharmacists＇ work efficiency in outpatient pharmacy has been greatly improved, the patient＇ waiting time and waiting times have been significantly reduced. CONCLUSION The pharmacy working pressure was eased.
