[摘要] 當(dāng)前醫(yī)院管理人員績(jī)效考核定性指標(biāo)多,,定量指標(biāo)少,使得考評(píng)的主觀性較強(qiáng),難以保證績(jī)效考核的客觀性和公正性。本文通過(guò)分析醫(yī)院管理人員績(jī)效考核中存在的困難,探討了目前醫(yī)院管理人員績(jī)效考核的幾種方法,并提出了醫(yī)院管理人員績(jī)效考核方案的設(shè)想。

[Abstract] The qualitative indexes of performance evaluation of managers in general hospital are so more than the quantitative indexes at present. Subjectivity of evaluation is so strong that it can't ensure the objectivity and fairness. This article explores those methods of performance evaluation, and puts forward the assumption of performance evaluation.
