【摘要】：隨著臨床上聯(lián)合應(yīng)用中西藥物防治高血壓、冠心病和心力衰竭等心血管疾病現(xiàn)象的日益普遍,中西藥物相互作用問題受到越來越廣泛的關(guān)注和研究。一般認(rèn)為,細(xì)胞色素P450酶系是影響體內(nèi)代謝性藥物相互作用的主要因素,然而越來越多的研究表明,膜轉(zhuǎn)運體在藥物間相互作用中也起著重要作用。在機體幾乎所有器官,尤其是胃腸道、肝臟、腎臟、腦等均存在著藥物轉(zhuǎn)運體,一些治療心血管疾病的中藥及其有效成分或組分和中藥復(fù)方可以通過對藥物轉(zhuǎn)運體的誘導(dǎo)或抑制作用,影響西藥底物的吸收、分布、代謝和排泄,從而影響藥物的療效和安全性。積極研究和探索轉(zhuǎn)運體在中西藥物聯(lián)用的作用機制,對臨床安全、合理用藥以及進一步豐富中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療的內(nèi)涵具有積極意義,故本文從藥物轉(zhuǎn)運體角度,就心血管系統(tǒng)疾病中西藥物聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:With the clinical use of Chinese and Western drugs to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and heart failure, more and more attention has been paid to the problem of the interaction between Chinese and Western drugs.It is generally believed that cytochrome P450 enzyme system is the main factor affecting metabolic drug interactions in vivo. However, more and more studies have shown that membrane transporters also play an important role in drug interactions.Drug transporters are present in almost all organs of the body, especially gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, brain, etc.Some traditional Chinese medicines and their active components or components and compound prescription for cardiovascular diseases can affect the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of western drug substrates by inducing or inhibiting drug transporters.Thus affecting the efficacy and safety of drugs.It is of great significance to study and explore the mechanism of transporter in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which is of great significance to clinical safety, rational use of drugs and further enrichment of the connotation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper reviews the research progress of the combined use of Chinese and Western drugs for cardiovascular diseases.
