    前言：從尋找藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)是否可能和必要以及成分不明能否實(shí)行中藥質(zhì)控三方面論述了尋找物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)非當(dāng)前中藥現(xiàn)代化關(guān)鍵。指出成分清楚、機(jī)制明確及高效、速效等并非是現(xiàn)代中藥所必需的特征 ,分離尋找藥效物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)不是當(dāng)前中藥現(xiàn)代化的首要任務(wù)。在成分未完全明了的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行中藥質(zhì)控和建立具有中醫(yī)藥特色的藥效評(píng)估體系是中藥現(xiàn)代化關(guān)鍵。中藥質(zhì)控應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)多環(huán)節(jié)、多手段和整體特征性模糊識(shí)別。而藥效評(píng)估應(yīng)在方法學(xué)符合現(xiàn)代科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上 ,注重體現(xiàn)中藥整體多系統(tǒng)調(diào)整、溫和緩效、證效相關(guān)的作用特點(diǎn) ,并與質(zhì)控相聯(lián)系進(jìn)行研究。
    The question that searching efficacy substance is not the key relevant to modernization of Chinese materia medica (CMM) was discussed in the following three aspects: its possibility, necessity and the feasibility of quality control without knowing the effect substance.
