【摘要】：目的研究?jī)?nèi)淋巴囊減壓術(shù)治療Lermoyez綜合征的臨床效果。方法病例材料來(lái)源于我科2007年至2013年收治的Lermoyez綜合征病例共6例,均為經(jīng)保守治療后仍反復(fù)發(fā)作眩暈者,術(shù)前完善檢查,行內(nèi)淋巴囊減壓術(shù),術(shù)后進(jìn)行隨訪,評(píng)估眩暈、聽力、耳鳴、耳悶變化。結(jié)果術(shù)后66.7%(4/6)患者眩暈完全控制,33.3%(2/6)患者眩暈基本控制,57.1%(4/7)的患耳聽力好轉(zhuǎn),33.3%(2/6)的患耳耳鳴減輕,80%(4/5)的患耳耳悶脹感減輕。結(jié)論內(nèi)淋巴囊減壓術(shù)能有效控制Lermoyez綜合癥患者的眩暈發(fā)作,是治療該病的一種可行方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of endolymphoid capsule decompression in the treatment of Lermoyez syndrome. Methods from 2007 to 2013, 6 cases of Lermoyez syndrome were treated in our department. All of them had recurrent vertigo after conservative treatment. The patients underwent preoperative perfect examination, endolymphoid capsule decompression, postoperative follow-up, and evaluated the changes of vertigo, hearing, tinnitus and ear tightness.
