【摘要】：目的:探討鼻腔鼻竇惡性黑色素瘤的病理特征、臨床特點(diǎn)及治療方法。方法:回顧性分析23例鼻腔鼻竇惡性黑色素瘤,均經(jīng)病理確診,主要癥狀為鼻塞、涕中帶血及鼻出血。單純行手術(shù)治療8例,手術(shù)加放療8例,手術(shù)加化療5例,手術(shù)加放化療2例。結(jié)果:23例患者隨訪20例,3例失訪,3年存活率為50%(10/20),5年存活率為35%(7/20)。結(jié)論:鼻腔鼻竇惡性黑色素瘤惡性程度高,易復(fù)發(fā),預(yù)后差,早期診斷及合理的治療方法可提高本病的生存率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the pathological features, clinical features and treatment of malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods: 23 cases of malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were analyzed retrospectively. the main symptoms were nasal congestion, blood in runny nose and epistaxis. 8 cases were treated by operation alone, 8 cases by operation plus radiotherapy, 5 cases by operation plus chemotherapy, and 2 cases by operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
