人工耳蝸植入兒童使用無線調(diào)頻系統(tǒng)后言語康復效果的評估研究

【摘要】:目的:對于母語為聲調(diào)型的漢語普通話人群,評估人工耳蝸耦連無線調(diào)頻系統(tǒng)(FM系統(tǒng))后對言語感知力的改善效果。方法:利用中文開放式言語評估系統(tǒng)(MSP)為測試工具對納入實驗的11例人工耳蝸植入兒童的言語感知力進行評估。分別采用麥克風(microphone,M)、FM系統(tǒng)+麥克風(FM+M)2種輸入方式評估受試者在不同信噪比(SNR:15、10、5、0、-5、-10dB)等條件的言語識別率的改善情況;并觀察記錄其在實驗中的主觀表現(xiàn)變化。結果:1在不同信噪比下測試兩組言語識別率結果顯示M組和FM+M組主效應間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=72.938,P0.01),不同信噪比之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=230.715,P0.01),分組和不同信噪比水平之間存在互交效應(F=40.893,P0.01);2實驗中采用FM+M輸入方式后,受試者回答問題時聲音音量明顯提高,表現(xiàn)更自信。結論:對于母語為聲調(diào)型的漢語普通話人群,使用FM系統(tǒng)后能顯著改善其在噪聲環(huán)境的言語感知力,使其更接近正常聽力人群。
