【摘要】:正聽性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)是臨床常用的聽覺誘發(fā)電位測試方法之一;測試聲有短聲及短純音,其中短聲ABR應(yīng)用最為廣泛。短聲ABR的優(yōu)點是反應(yīng)波形清晰易于辨認,其中波V的反應(yīng)閾接近行為聽閾,測試所需時間相對較短,各反應(yīng)波的發(fā)生源比較明確,在正常人、不同聽力損失的人群以及不同年齡的人群中研究及應(yīng)用廣泛,測試數(shù)據(jù)豐富,反應(yīng)結(jié)果穩(wěn)定可靠。近些年來,用一種新的、人工合成的chirp聲誘發(fā)ABR的報道越來越多,本文對chirp
[Abstract]:Positive auditory brainstem response (ABR) is one of the commonly used methods of auditory evoked potential test, and short sound and short pure tone are tested, among which short sound ABR is the most widely used. The advantage of short sound ABR is that the response waveform is clear and easy to identify, in which the response threshold of wave V is close to the behavioral hearing threshold, the test time is relatively short, and the source of each reaction wave is relatively clear, in normal people. The research and application of different hearing loss population and different age population are extensive, the test data are rich, and the reaction results are stable and reliable.
