【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病對后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障的影響及其可能的分子機制。方法收集108例(108眼)白內(nèi)障患者房水并行ELISA檢測房水中IL-6含量,其中對照組(年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者)50例(50眼),試驗組(2型糖尿病白內(nèi)障患者)58例(58眼),比較兩組最佳矯正視力、眼壓、后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障(posterior capsule opacification,PCO)發(fā)生率、PCO嚴(yán)重程度、房水中IL-6含量等。結(jié)果白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合人工晶狀體植入術(shù)均提高了兩組患者術(shù)后最佳矯正視力,且對照組較試驗組最佳矯正視力提高明顯(P=0.002)。對照組術(shù)前、術(shù)后眼壓分別為(13.93±3.25)mmHg(1 kPa=7.5 mmHg)、(14.60±4.35)mmHg,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);試驗組術(shù)前、術(shù)后眼壓分別為(14.18±3.56)mmHg、(15.12±4.66)mmHg,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對照組PCO發(fā)生率26.00%,試驗組PCO發(fā)生率41.38%,兩組間PCO發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.095)。試驗組房水中IL-6含量與后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障呈正相關(guān)(r=0.731,P=0.001),且試驗組房水中IL-6含量較對照組明顯升高(P=0.012)。結(jié)論房水中IL-6含量可能促進(jìn)了糖尿病患者PCO的發(fā)生發(fā)展,其具體機制尚需進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) on posterior cataract and its possible molecular mechanism. Methods the content of IL-6 in aqueous humor of 108 patients with cataract was measured by ELISA, including 50 cases (50 eyes) of age-related cataract and 58 cases (58 eyes) of type 2 diabetes mellitus cataract in the control group (50 eyes) and the experimental group (58 eyes). The best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure, the incidence of posterior cataract (posterior capsule opacification,PCO, the severity of PCO and the content of IL-6 in aqueous humor were compared between the two groups.
