蒸發(fā)過(guò)強(qiáng)型干眼的抗炎對(duì)比研究
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the role of anti-inflammatory therapy in evaporative dry eye patients, and to compare the anti-inflammatory effects of dipyridamole (0.3% tobramycin / dexamethasone eye drops) and diclofenac sodium eye drops (diclofenac sodium eye drops) on the anti-inflammatory effects of dipyridamole (0.3% tobramycin / dexamethasone eye drops). [methods] 38 patients (76 eyes) with hyperevaporative dry eyes were randomly divided into three groups: control group (20 eyes), glucocorticoid treatment group (32 eyes) and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group (24 eyes). In the control group, only artificial lacrimal antibiotics were used for local physiotherapy of palpebral gland. Corticosteroid eye drops (0.3% tobramycin / dexamethasone eye drops) were added to the steroid treatment group and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment group respectively on the basis of the control group. The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug Chenjing (diclofenac sodium eye drops) was treated for 1 month. Symptom score, visual acuity, slit lamp examination (eyelid margin score and conjunctival congestion degree observation, etc.) were performed before, 1 week and 1 month after treatment, respectively. Lacrimal film rupture time, corneal fluorescein staining, lacrimal secretion test and intraocular pressure (IOP) were measured. And make a comparison. [results] (1) there was no significant difference among the three groups by single-factor ANOVA, which was completely randomly designed before treatment (P0.05); 2There were statistically significant differences in symptom score, tear film rupture time, corneal staining score, lacrimal secretion test, eyelid margin score before and after treatment one week and one month after treatment (P0.05). It is suggested that all three treatments are effective. 3 one week after treatment: compared with the control group, the lacrimal film rupture time and eyelid margin score in the anti-inflammatory drug group (hormone group and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group) were significantly different (P0.05). The mean value of the above indexes in the anti-inflammatory group was better than that in the control group. Compared with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group, hormone group had significant difference in symptom score, BUT and palpebral margin score (P0.05), and the above indexes were better in hormone group than in non-steroidal drug group. 4 one month after treatment: there was significant difference in symptom score, BUT, lacrimal secretion test and eyelid margin score between the anti-inflammatory group (hormone group and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug group) and the control group (P0.05). The average value of above indexes in hormone group was obviously better than that in control group. The symptom score and BUT, eyelid margin score in Chenjing group were significantly better than those in control group, but the corneal staining scores in Chenjing group were significantly higher than those in control group, indicating that the corneal condition in Chenjing group was worse than that in control group one month after treatment. Compared with the non-steroidal drug group, the lacrimal film rupture time and eyelid margin score were significantly different in hormone group (P0.05), and the above indexes were better in hormone group than in non-steroidal drug group. [conclusion] the symptoms and signs of the three groups were improved to some extent, the effect of anti-inflammatory drugs group was better than that of the control group, and the anti-inflammatory treatment was effective to dry eyes with excessive evaporation. Corticosteroids can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with evaporative hyperintensity dry eyes, and the anti-inflammatory effect is better than that of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
