【摘要】：正迄今為止,人類對(duì)小腦的研究已有一個(gè)多世紀(jì)的歷史。傳統(tǒng)觀點(diǎn)認(rèn)為,小腦主要參與控制和調(diào)節(jié)人體的運(yùn)動(dòng)及平衡。然而,隨著研究的深入,尤其是功能影像學(xué)的發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的研究顯示,小腦參與了記憶、語(yǔ)言、情緒等生理過(guò)程,并且對(duì)知覺(jué)有非常重要的影響。聽覺(jué)是人類一種重要的知覺(jué),耳鳴則是聽覺(jué)系統(tǒng)受損后最常見(jiàn)的臨床表現(xiàn)之一。本文對(duì)小腦在聽覺(jué)感知及耳鳴發(fā)生中作用的研究
[Abstract]:So far, human's research on the cerebellum has a history of more than a century. The traditional view is that the cerebellum is mainly involved in the control and regulation of the movement and balance of the human body. However, with the development of research, especially the development of functional imaging, more and more studies have shown that the cerebellum is involved in the physiological processes of memory, language, emotion and so on, and has a very important effect on perception. Auditory is an important perception of human, and tinnitus is one of the most common clinical manifestations after the hearing system is damaged.
