【摘要】：目的：觀察從補腎活血法治療老年性聽力損失的臨床療效及對患者生活質量影響。 方法：根據隨機,對照原則,將符合觀察標準的患者隨機分為兩組,治療組給予六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方,對照組給予中成藥耳聾左慈丸,兩組均服藥30天,記錄癥狀體征,采用老年人聽力殘疾量表進行生活質量評估。 結果：研究結果顯示：兩組患者的純音聽閾測試聽力損失程度、言語分辨率組內治療后對比,兩組間對比,經統計學處理,P0.05,差異無統計學意義,提示六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方和耳聾左慈丸改善純音聽閾測試聽力損失程度、言語分辨率均無效,且兩組間無明顯差異；治療組患者的伴隨癥狀耳鳴如蟬進行組內治療前后對比,P0.05,提示六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方改善伴隨癥狀耳鳴如蟬都有效,兩組間治療第30天治療效果對比有統對比計學意義,P0.05,提示六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方改善伴隨癥狀耳鳴如蟬療效優(yōu)于耳聾左慈丸；兩組患者生活質量的統計分析,進行組內治療后對比,P0.05,提示六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味和耳聾左慈丸改善患者生活質量都有效,兩組對比,P0.05,提示六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味改善患者生活質量尤其情感障礙方面的療效優(yōu)于耳聾左慈丸。 結論：(1)六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味和耳聾左慈丸改善老年性聽力損失純音聽閾測試聽力損失程度、言語分辨率均無效。 (2)六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味和耳聾左慈丸改善老年性聽力損失伴隨癥狀耳鳴如蟬均有效,六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方優(yōu)于耳聾左慈丸。 (3)六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方和耳聾左慈丸改善老年性聽力損失患者生活質量均有效,六味地黃丸加骨碎補、丹參加味方尤其在改善情感障礙方面優(yōu)于耳聾左慈丸。 (4)生活質量可作為判定老年性聽力損失的療效指標之一,老年人聽力殘疾量表適用于判定老年性聽力損失患者的生活質量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of senile hearing loss treated by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation. Methods: according to the principle of randomization and control, the patients who met the observation criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus Bushuhuanbu, Danjianwei recipe, and the control group was given Zuo Ciwan, a traditional Chinese patent medicine. The two groups took medicine for 30 days. The symptoms and signs were recorded and the quality of life was assessed with the hearing disability scale for the elderly. Results: the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in pure tone hearing loss test, speech resolution group after treatment, and between the two groups, after statistical treatment, P 0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05), but no significant difference was found between the two groups (P < 0.05). It was suggested that Liuwei Dihuang Pill with bone crushing, Dan participating in Weifang and Deafu Zuoci Pill could improve the hearing loss of pure tone hearing threshold test, and the speech resolution was ineffective, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. In the treatment group, patients with symptoms such as cicadas were compared before and after treatment, P 0.05, suggesting that Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus bone fragmentation, Danjiaofangfang to improve the symptoms accompanied by tinnitus such as cicadas are effective, There was a systematic comparison of therapeutic effects between the two groups on the 30th day, P 0.05, suggesting that Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus bone fragmentation, Danjianwei recipe to improve symptoms accompanied by tinnitus such as cicadas curative effect is better than Deafu Zuo Ciwan; The statistical analysis of the quality of life of the two groups was carried out after treatment, P 0.05, suggesting that Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus Bone fragmentation, Salvia miltiorrhiza modified and Deafness Zuo Ciwan were effective in improving the quality of life of the patients, the comparison between the two groups, P0.05, It is suggested that Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus bone crushing and salvia miltiorrhiza can improve the quality of life, especially emotional disorder, and the curative effect is better than Deafu Zuo Ciwan. Conclusion: (1) Liuwei Dihuang Pill, Danshen decoction and Deafang Zuoci Pill can improve the degree of hearing loss by pure tone audiometry test, and the speech resolution is ineffective. (2) Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus Bushuhuanbu, Danshen Jiawei and Ershuangzuoci Pill were effective in improving the symptoms of senile hearing loss accompanied by tinnitus such as cicadas, and Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus Bone crushing and Buping, Danjianwei recipe was superior to Deafang Zuo Ciwan in improving senile hearing loss. (3) Liuwei Dihuang Pill plus Bushuhuanbu, Dan participating in Weifang and Ershuangzuoci Pill were effective in improving the quality of life of the patients with senile hearing loss. Liuweidihuang Pill plus Bushuhuanbu, Danjianwei decoction was better than Deafang Zuoci Pill in improving affective disorder, especially in improving emotional disorder. (4) the quality of life can be used as one of the effective indexes to determine the hearing loss in the elderly, and the hearing disability scale for the elderly can be used to determine the quality of life of the patients with hearing loss in the elderly.
