重疊體積直方圖描述子的計算方法和其在鼻咽癌IMRT計劃檢索中的應用

【摘要】:調(diào)強放射治療(IMRT)計劃制定效率不高、難以保證治療計劃的高質(zhì)量是目前調(diào)強放射治療技術(shù)中一直存在的問題之一,基于形狀的IMRT計劃檢索技術(shù)為縮短IMRT計劃制定周期、提高放射治療計劃質(zhì)量提供了一種新方法。本研究建立了一種適用于IMRT計劃檢索的重疊體積直方圖(OVH)形狀關(guān)系的關(guān)系描述算子,提出一種基于Matlab的計算方法。利用一例臨床實際的鼻咽癌病例分析了OVH描述子的描述特性,利用22例臨床鼻咽癌IMRT計劃研究了其形狀關(guān)系檢索的性能。實驗結(jié)果表明OVH描述子能夠簡潔的描述放療三維場景中靶區(qū)和危及器官間的三維形狀關(guān)系特征,并且能夠有效檢索出相似度較高的一組形狀,適合于基于形狀的IMRT計劃檢索。
[Abstract]:The low efficiency of intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) planning makes it difficult to guarantee the high quality of the treatment plan. The shape-based IMRT plan retrieval technique can shorten the planning cycle of IMRT, which is one of the problems in the current intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) technology. Improving the quality of radiotherapy plans provides a new approach. In this paper, a relation description operator for (OVH) shape relation of overlapping volume histogram is established, which is suitable for IMRT plan retrieval, and a Matlab-based computing method is proposed. The description characteristics of OVH descriptors were analyzed in a clinical case of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), and the performance of shape relation retrieval was studied by using 22 cases of clinical nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) IMRT program. The experimental results show that the OVH descriptor can describe the three-dimensional shape relationship between the target region and the endangering organs in radiotherapy 3D scene, and can effectively retrieve a group of shapes with high similarity, which is suitable for shape-based IMRT planning retrieval.
