【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告患者,女,46歲,因"右側(cè)持續(xù)性鼻塞半個(gè)月"入院。患者半個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)右側(cè)鼻塞,持續(xù)性,伴嗅覺減退,右眼溢淚,右側(cè)顳頂鈍痛,無放射性,漸出現(xiàn)右耳鳴、耳悶、聽力減退,右側(cè)面部麻木,無鼻出血、牙齒松動(dòng)及張口困難,無復(fù)視及視物模糊。體檢:一般情況良好,心肺腹檢查未見明顯異常。專科檢查:右側(cè)鼻腔被荔枝樣腫物充滿,腫物突入鼻前庭,質(zhì)脆,觸之易出血;鼻中隔偏左,左側(cè)鼻腔未見新生物。鼻咽部CT平掃示:右側(cè)上頜竇竇腔增
[Abstract]:Case 1 patient reported, female, 46 years old, admitted to hospital for "sustained nasal congestion on the right side for half a month." Half a month ago, the patient developed right nasal congestion, persistent, with anosmia, tears in the right eye, blunt pain at the right temporal head, no radiation, progressive right tinnitus, ear stuffiness, hearing loss, numbness on the right face, no nosebleed, loosening of the teeth and difficulty in opening the mouth. No blurring and blurring. Physical examination: the general condition is good, cardio-pulmonary abdominal examination does not see obvious abnormal. Special examination: the right nasal cavity was filled with litchi-like tumor, the tumor burst into the nasal vestibule, brittle, easy to bleed; left nasal septum, left nasal cavity did not see a new creature.
