【摘要】：目的探討高眼壓性青光眼(high-tension glaucoma,HTG)和正常眼壓性青光眼(normal-tension glaucoma,NTG)圖形視覺誘發(fā)電位(pattern visual evoked potentials,P-VEP)與視野缺損的相關(guān)性。方法選取青光眼患者89例(89眼),其中NTG患者58例,HTG患者31例,對兩組患者的一般情況(年齡、性別、屈光度、瞳孔直徑等)進(jìn)行比較分析,所有患者進(jìn)行常規(guī)視野檢查,檢查指標(biāo)包括圖形標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(pattern standard deviation,PSD)和平均視野缺損(mean defect,MD),另外所有患者行P-VEP檢查,觀察P100波潛伏期與振幅。同時,對P-VEP的P100波潛伏期和振幅與視野缺損的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 NTG組患者的角膜厚度和眼壓明顯低于HTG組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.01);NTG和HTG組患者的P100波潛伏期分別為(115.46±10.83)ms、(116.62±11.47)ms,振幅分別為(9.15±4.36)μV、(8.31±2.94)μV,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05);晚期NTG患者的屈光度明顯低于HTG組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.04);P-VEP檢查的P100波潛伏期與常規(guī)視野檢查的NTG和HTG患者M(jìn)D值明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(均為P0.05),而與PSD值則無明顯的相關(guān)性(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論各期HTG和NTG患者間的P100波潛伏期和振幅無明顯差異,而視野檢查的MD值與P-VEP檢查的P100波潛伏期呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between pattern visual evoked potential (pattern visual evoked potentials,P-VEP) and visual field defect (VSD) in high tension glaucoma (high-tension glaucoma,HTG) and normal tension glaucoma (normal-tension glaucoma,NTG). Methods 89 patients (89 eyes) with glaucoma were selected, including 58 patients with NTG and 31 patients with HTG. The general conditions (age, sex, diopter, pupil diameter, etc.) of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The parameters included pattern standard deviation (pattern standard deviation,PSD) and mean visual field defect (mean defect,MD). In addition, P-VEP was performed to observe the latency and amplitude of P100 wave. At the same time, the correlation between the latency and amplitude of P100 wave in P-VEP and visual field defect was analyzed statistically. Results the corneal thickness and intraocular pressure in NTG group were significantly lower than those in HTG group (P 0.01). The latency of P100 wave in NTG group and HTG group was (115.46 鹵10.83) ms, (116.62 鹵11.47) ms, amplitude (9.15 鹵4.36) 渭 V and (8.31 鹵2.94) 渭 V, respectively (P 0.05). The diopter of late stage NTG patients was significantly lower than that of HTG group (P < 0.05). The latency of P100 wave in P-VEP was negatively correlated with NTG and HTG in conventional visual field (P 0.05), but no significant correlation was found between P100 latency and PD (P 0.05). Conclusion there is no significant difference in the latency and amplitude of P100 wave between patients with HTG and NTG, but there is a negative correlation between the MD value of visual field examination and the latency of P100 wave of P-VEP examination.
