【摘要】：目的： 本實驗通過對胰島素樣生長因子2(IGF-2)與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)在翼狀胬肉中表達情況的研究,進一步探討二者之間的相關(guān)性,為深入地研究和積極治療翼狀胬肉提供理論依據(jù),并且為術(shù)前用藥、術(shù)后防止復(fù)發(fā)奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法： 研究對象均來自2009年11月至2010年10月期間在延邊大學附屬醫(yī)院手術(shù)治療的翼狀胬肉患者及斜視患者共52例。實驗前均排除其他眼部疾病。 實驗組：選取胬肉患者翼狀胬肉標本42例,患者年齡在38歲至65歲之間,均單眼發(fā)病(男性19例,女性23例)。按病變組織有無充血、肥厚將翼狀胬肉分為兩組：(1)靜止期組17例,(2)進行期組25例。 對照組：選擇斜視患者正常結(jié)膜標本10例(均為球結(jié)膜),患者年齡在32歲至58歲之間(男性6例,女性4例)。 采用免疫組化SABC法分別檢測IGF-2與VEGF在兩組之間的表達情況。 結(jié)果： 1.IGF-2在翼狀胬肉進行期組、翼狀胬肉靜止期組、正常結(jié)膜組的陽性表達率分別為80.0%、41.2%、0.0%,進行期組分別與靜止期組、正常結(jié)膜組相比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);翼狀胬肉靜止期組與正常結(jié)膜組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 2. VEGF在翼狀胬肉進行期組、翼狀胬肉靜止期組、正常結(jié)膜組的陽性表達率分別為92.0%、52.9%、30.0%,進行期組分別與靜止期組、正常結(jié)膜組相比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);翼狀胬肉靜止期組與正常結(jié)膜組相比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。 3.用等級資料的相關(guān)性分析檢驗在翼狀胬肉中IGF-2與VEGF兩種因子陽性表達的相關(guān)性,結(jié)果顯示二項指標的表達結(jié)果相互間呈正相關(guān)(r=0.378,P0.05)。結(jié)論： 1.IGF-2與VEGF在翼狀胬肉進行期、靜止期中的表達均高于正常結(jié)膜； 2.IGF-2與VEGF可能促使翼狀胬肉的發(fā)生、發(fā)展； 3.IGF-2與VEGF在翼狀胬肉的發(fā)病機制中可能具有協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in pterygium. To provide theoretical basis for further study and active treatment of pterygium, and to lay a foundation for pre-operative medication and prevention of recurrence after operation. Methods: from November 2009 to October 2010, 52 patients with pterygium and strabismus were treated in the affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University. Other ocular diseases were excluded before the experiment. Experimental group: 42 pterygium patients aged between 38 and 65 years old were selected from pterygium patients (M 19, F 23). According to hyperemia or not, pterygium was divided into two groups: (1) static group (17 cases) and (2) stage group (25 cases). Control group: 10 normal conjunctiva specimens (all bulbar conjunctiva) were selected from patients with strabismus. The age of the patients ranged from 32 to 58 years old (M 6, F 4). Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of IGF-2 and VEGF between the two groups. Results: the positive expression rate of 1.IGF-2 in pterygium progression group, pterygium stationary stage group and normal conjunctiva group were 80.0%, 41.2% and 0.0%, respectively. The difference between normal conjunctiva group and normal conjunctiva group was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference between pterygium group and normal conjunctiva group (P0.05). 2. The positive expression rate of VEGF in pterygium progression group, pterygium stationary stage group and normal conjunctiva group were 92.0%, 52.9%, 30.0%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); There was no significant difference between pterygium group and normal conjunctiva group (P0.05). 3. The positive expression of IGF-2 and VEGF in pterygium was tested by the correlation analysis of grade data. The results showed that the two indexes were positively correlated with each other (r = 0.378, P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of 1.IGF-2 and VEGF in pterygium is higher than that in normal conjunctiva, 2.IGF-2 and VEGF may promote the occurrence and development of pterygium. 3.IGF-2 and VEGF may play a synergistic role in the pathogenesis of pterygium.
