全反式維甲酸對(duì)兔后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障的抑制作用

【摘要】:目的探討全反式維甲酸(ATRA)對(duì)兔后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障的抑制作用。方法將12只健康家兔(24只眼)隨機(jī)分為眼用平衡鹽液組(空白對(duì)照組)和ATRA組(藥物實(shí)驗(yàn)組),每組6只兔(12只眼),在全麻下進(jìn)行透明晶狀體囊外摘除術(shù)。分別于術(shù)后1、3、7、14、30和60 d對(duì)術(shù)眼進(jìn)行裂隙燈和眼底檢查,并抽取房水置于-80℃保存。用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附測(cè)定術(shù)后兔眼房水中的白細(xì)胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β(TGF-β)的含量。3月后處死動(dòng)物,分別對(duì)兩組兔眼進(jìn)行組織病理學(xué)及電鏡觀察。結(jié)果術(shù)后房水中IL-1β和TGF-β含量實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.001)。術(shù)后3月實(shí)驗(yàn)組晶體后囊透明度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。對(duì)照組晶體后囊前覆蓋一層晶體上皮細(xì)胞,實(shí)驗(yàn)組晶體后囊前無明顯晶體上皮細(xì)胞增殖。結(jié)論 ATRA可抑制房水中IL-1β和TGF-β的含量,能夠有效抑制后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障的發(fā)生。
