【摘要】：目的采用chirp信號作為聲刺激進行聽性穩(wěn)態(tài)反應(auditory steady-state response,ASSR)測試,觀察chirp-ASSR反應閾值與純音聽閾閾值的相關性,探討chirp-ASSR客觀聽力檢測在兒童臨床聽力評估中的價值。方法選取2012年6月至2013年2月中山大學附屬第六醫(yī)院聽力中心檢測的兒童共40例(共74耳)作為研究對象,在0.5kHz、1.0kHz、2.0kHz和4.0kHz處進行chirp-ASSR和純音聽閾測試,并對結果進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果 40例接受測試的兒童年齡4-13歲,平均年齡7.7歲。納入研究的74耳包括男48耳,女26耳;右34耳,左40耳;正常聽力59耳,聽力損失輕度4耳、中度6耳、重度5耳。0.5-4kHz頻率chirp-ASSR反應閾與純音聽閾的相關系數r分別為0.812、0.884、0.842、0.892;chirp-ASSR反應閾經過校正后所得的各頻率預估聽閾與純音聽閾值更加接近。結論 chirp-ASSR作為一種具有頻率特異性的客觀測聽技術,能夠較好的反映兒童真實的聽力水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the correlation between chirp threshold and pure tone threshold for auditory steady state response (auditory steady-state response,ASSR) by using chirp-ASSR signal as acoustic stimulation. To explore the value of chirp-ASSR objective audiometry in children's clinical hearing assessment. Methods from June 2012 to February 2013, 40 children (74 ears) in the hearing Center of the sixth affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were selected as subjects. Chirp-ASSR and pure tone audiometry were performed at 0.5 kHz, 1.0 kHz, 2.0 kHz and 4.0kHz. The results were analyzed statistically. Results 40 children were 4 years old and 13 years old, with an average age of 7.7 years. The 74 ears included 48 males and 26 females, 34 right ears and 40 left ears. There were 59 ears with normal hearing, 4 ears with mild hearing loss, 6 ears with moderate hearing loss and 5 ears with severe hearing loss. The correlation coefficients between chirp-ASSR threshold and pure tone hearing threshold at 0.5-4kHz frequency were 0.812,0.884, 0.842 and 0.892, respectively. The predicted hearing threshold of each frequency obtained from the chirp-ASSR response threshold after correction is more close to the pure tone threshold. Conclusion as a frequency-specific objective audiometry, chirp-ASSR can reflect the true listening level of children.
