【摘要】：目的研究觀察圍手術期口服明目地黃丸對超聲乳化白內(nèi)障術后淚膜變化帶來的影響。方法選取超聲乳化白內(nèi)障聯(lián)合人工晶體植入術圍手術期患者100例為研究時象,所選患者均為手術眼發(fā)病。隨機平均分為觀察組50例和對照組50例。對照組采用常規(guī)治療;觀察組在常規(guī)治療基礎上加明目地黃丸。通過觀察兩組患者術前及術后1d,7d,15d,30d的基礎淚液分泌試驗、淚膜破裂時間(BUT)及角膜熒光染色,探討圍手術期口服明目地黃丸對超聲乳化白內(nèi)障幕后淚膜變化特來的的影響。結果基礎淚液分泌試驗觀察組結果略高于對照組(P0.05)。淚膜破裂時間(BUT)術后1d,7d,15d,30d觀察組明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。角膜熒光染色7d,15d,30d對照組明顯高于觀察組(P0.05)。結論明目地黃丸在術后的堆護淚膜穩(wěn)定性,減緩不適癥狀發(fā)生,有切實可靠的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of oral Mingmu Dihuang pills on lacrimal film after phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 100 patients with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were selected as the study time. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with routine therapy and the observation group with Mingmu Dihuang pills on the basis of routine treatment. The basal lacrimal secretion test, lacrimal film rupture time (BUT) and corneal fluorescence staining were observed before and 1, 7, 15 and 30 days after operation in the two groups. Objective: to investigate the effect of oral Mingmu Dihuang pills on the changes of lacrimal film in phacoemulsification cataract patients during perioperative period. Results the results of basic lacrimal secretion test in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The lacrimal film rupture time in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 1st, 7th, 15th and 30th day after (BUT) (P0.05). The corneal fluorescence staining was significantly higher in the control group than in the observation group at the 7th day, the 15th day and the 30th day (P0.05). Conclusion Mingmu Dihuang Pill has a practical and reliable effect on the stability of accumulated lacrimal film after operation to slow down the occurrence of discomfort symptoms.
