【摘要】：正1942年Jackson首先描述了一組吸氣時(shí)聲門上組織向內(nèi)塌陷的臨床病理生理現(xiàn)象,提出喉軟化癥(laryngomalacia)的命名。本病是一種嬰幼兒常見(jiàn)的疾病,偶可見(jiàn)于較大的兒童或遲發(fā)性喉軟化癥患兒,由喉肌組織功能障礙所致,約占喉先天性畸形的50%~75%。但重癥病例在新生兒中罕見(jiàn)。我院確診一例新生兒重度喉軟化癥,現(xiàn)總結(jié)其臨床發(fā)展過(guò)程,為認(rèn)識(shí)該疾病及對(duì)其診斷和治療提供參考。
[Abstract]:In 1942, Jackson first described a group of clinical pathophysiological phenomena of inward collapse of supraglottic tissue during inhale, and proposed the name (laryngomalacia) for laryngomalacia. This disease is a common disease in infants and young children. It can be seen occasionally in larger children or children with delayed laryngomalacia. The disease is caused by laryngeal muscle dysfunction, accounting for about 50% to 75% of congenital malformation of the larynx. But severe cases are rare in newborns. A newborn with severe laryngeal malacia was diagnosed in our hospital. The clinical development of the disease was summarized in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
