【摘要】：目的了解烏魯木齊市某職業(yè)技術(shù)院校畢業(yè)生聽(tīng)力情況,為開(kāi)展職業(yè)院校學(xué)生聽(tīng)力保健工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)烏魯木齊市某職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院共1 147名畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行上崗前聽(tīng)力檢查,同時(shí)開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果純音聽(tīng)閾異常檢出率為7.59%,職業(yè)禁忌證檢出率為4.01%。男生聽(tīng)閾異常檢出率為8.24%,女生為3.29%(χ2=4.612,P0.05)。不同年齡純音聽(tīng)閾異常檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=11.060,P0.05),隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)檢出率增高。調(diào)查對(duì)象中每天使用耳機(jī)的頻率平均少于2 h者占33.39%,超過(guò)2 h者占66.61%;使用頭戴式耳機(jī)者占8.02%,使用耳塞式耳機(jī)者占91.98%。耳機(jī)使用頻率和使用類(lèi)型對(duì)聽(tīng)力影響的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為103.154,4.547,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生不科學(xué)的耳機(jī)使用時(shí)間和方式是導(dǎo)致聽(tīng)力損傷的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the listening situation of the graduates of a vocational and technical college in Urumqi, and to provide the scientific basis for the work of the students' listening and health. Methods A total of 1,147 graduates from a vocational and technical college in Urumqi were conducted to conduct pre-job hearing test, and a questionnaire was conducted. Results The detection rate of pure tone threshold was 7.59%, and the detection rate of occupational contraindication was 4.01%. The positive rate of the abnormal threshold was 8.24% for boys and 3.29% for girls (%2 = 4.612, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the positive rate of the hearing threshold of different age pure tones (Sup2 = 11.060, P <0.05), and the rate of the increase in the rate of the increase in the age. The average frequency of the earphone used in the survey was 33.39%, more than 2 hours, 66.61%, and the use of the headset was 8.02%, and the use of the earplugs was 91.98%. The use frequency and the usage type of the earphone are of statistical significance for the difference of the hearing effect (the value of the two values is 103.154, 4.547, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion The use time and method of the non-scientific earphone of the college students is the main factor which leads to the hearing damage.
