【摘要】：目的建立腭帆張肌(tensor veli palatini,TVP)肌電圖的檢查方法,獲得并分析健康人TVP的肌電圖(eletromyography,EMG)特征。方法 20例健康成年人在鼻內(nèi)窺鏡介導(dǎo)下,以咽鼓管咽口腭裂前下約3mm作為電極插入點的中點,距該點上、下各約2~3mm作為電極插入上、下點分別插入電極,囑受試者進(jìn)行一系列的吞咽動作,記錄吞咽時TVP的EMG波形,并比較不同電極插入點及不同掃描速度EMG的波形。結(jié)果電極位于TVP上點,掃描速度為5ms/div時,共記錄20例受試者38側(cè)TVP的EMG,該點能更準(zhǔn)確且穩(wěn)定地獲得EMG圖形;TVP收縮持續(xù)時間為0.863±0.255s,收縮產(chǎn)生的峰電壓為445.100±246.808μV,其EMG波型為干擾相;吞咽時雙側(cè)TVP收縮同步,未觀察到滯后現(xiàn)象。動作電位時程為9.142±2.178ms,動作電位的振幅為254.260±191.544μV,動作電位圖形多為2~3相波形。結(jié)論電極位于TVP上點,掃描速度為5ms/div時,可以獲得更穩(wěn)定的EMG圖形,并獲得了正常成人TVP肌電參數(shù)的正常范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method of electromyography (EMG) of (tensor veli palatini,TVP, and to obtain and analyze the electromyography (eletromyography,EMG) characteristics of TVP in healthy people. Methods under nasal endoscopy, 20 healthy adults were treated with the anterior inferior 3mm of eustachian tube and cleft palate as the midpoint of the electrode insertion point, from which the lower about 2~3mm was inserted into the top and the lower point as the electrode, respectively. The subjects were asked to perform a series of swallowing actions to record the EMG waveforms of TVP during swallowing and to compare the waveforms of EMG at different electrode insertion points and at different scanning speeds. Results when the electrode was located on the TVP and the scanning speed was 5ms/div, the EMG, of 38 TVP in 20 subjects was recorded. The EMG pattern could be obtained more accurately and stably. The contraction duration of TVP was 0.863 鹵0.255s, the peak voltage was 445.100 鹵246.808 渭 V, and the EMG wave pattern was interference phase, the contraction of both sides of TVP was synchronous during swallowing, and no hysteresis was observed. The duration of action potential was 9.142 鹵2.178 Ms, the amplitude of action potential was 254.260 鹵191.544 渭 V, and the pattern of action potential was mostly 2 ~ 3 phase waveform. Conclusion when the electrode is located on the TVP and the scanning speed is 5ms/div, a more stable EMG pattern can be obtained and the normal range of TVP EMG parameters in normal adults can be obtained.
