【摘要】：正患兒女,4歲。因自幼雙眼視力差伴右眼斜視,曾在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院診斷為"斜視,弱視",給予配鏡治療無好轉(zhuǎn),為求進(jìn)一步診治,于2012年4月9日來我院眼科就診。既往體健,無夜盲史。父母非近親結(jié)婚,否認(rèn)直系親屬眼病史。眼部檢查:矯正視力右眼0.2,左眼0.6。右眼外斜20°。雙眼前節(jié)未見異常,玻璃體透明。散瞳眼底檢查顯示雙眼視乳頭周圍可見大面積灰白色視網(wǎng)膜脈絡(luò)膜萎縮區(qū),沿靜脈兩旁向周邊輻射狀延伸,萎縮區(qū)中散在骨細(xì)胞樣色素
[Abstract]:He is suffering from a child. He is four years old. Because of poor eyesight and right strabismus from childhood, he was diagnosed as "strabismus, amblyopia" in local hospital, and no improvement was given. In order to make further diagnosis and treatment, he came to our hospital for ophthalmology on April 9, 2012. He is healthy in the past and has no history of blindness at night. Parents who are not close relatives marry and deny the history of eye disease in their immediate relatives. Eye examination: corrected visual acuity 0.2 in the right eye and 0.6 in the left eye. The lateral angle of right eye was 20 擄. The anterior segment of the eyes was not abnormal, and the vitreous body was transparent. The ocular fundus examination of mydriasis showed a large area of gray-white retinal choroid atrophy around the optic papilla, extending radially along both sides of the vein, scattered in the area of osteocyte-like pigment.
