【摘要】：目的：探討經(jīng)外耳道聲頻共振導(dǎo)入利多卡因治療感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴的療效。 方法：選取2012年1-12月遵義醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診就診的感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴患者39例(49耳),其中男16例,女23例,左耳29例,右耳20例,雙側(cè)耳鳴10例,患病時(shí)間3周以上,經(jīng)臨床常規(guī)治療無效,治療前后行純音測聽、耳鳴測試、聲阻抗及耳聲發(fā)射等檢查。病例隨機(jī)分為兩組,治療組導(dǎo)入2%利多卡因,對照組導(dǎo)入0.9%生理鹽水。治療期間未使用其他藥物及物理治療,觀察耳鳴療效。 結(jié)果：利多卡因組有效率70.83%,生理鹽水組有效率52.0%；兩組間療效差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：經(jīng)外耳道聲頻共振導(dǎo)入2%利多卡因治療經(jīng)臨床傳統(tǒng)治療無效的感音神經(jīng)性耳鳴效果明顯,無不良反應(yīng),值得臨床應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of Lidocaine on sensorineural tinnitus treated by external acoustic resonance. Methods: 39 patients (49 ears) with sensorineural tinnitus (16 males, 23 females, 29 left ears, 20 right ears and 10 bilateral tinnitus) were selected from January to December 2012 in the Department of Otolaryngology, affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College. The patients were ill for more than 3 weeks and had no effect after routine treatment. Pure tone audiometry, tinnitus test, acoustic impedance and otoacoustic emission were performed before and after treatment. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: 2% lidocaine in the treatment group and 0.9% saline in the control group. No other drugs and physiotherapy were used during the treatment, and the curative effect of tinnitus was observed. Results: the effective rate of lidocaine group was 70.83%, that of saline group was 52.0%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus with 2% lidocaine through external auditory canal resonance has obvious effect and no adverse reaction. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization of Lidocaine in the treatment of sensorineural tinnitus which is not effective in clinical treatment.
