【摘要】：目的研究聽力正常新生兒不同時間間隔前掩蔽聽性腦干反應的特征,探討最適宜前掩蔽記錄的時間間隔。方法對30例(60耳)聽力正常的新生兒分別進行前掩蔽條件下4、8、16、32ms間隔刺激聲的ABR檢測,以無掩蔽下的常規(guī)ABR為參照,對檢測結果進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果除掩蔽間隔4ms的波Ⅲ潛伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ波間期外,前掩蔽條件下不同時間間隔(4、8、16、32ms)的潛伏期及波間期均較常規(guī)ABR延長(P0.01),其中掩蔽間隔8ms時潛伏期及波間期延長最明顯、最穩(wěn)定。結論新生兒前掩蔽ABR的波潛伏期及波間期延長與掩蔽刺激間隔時間相關。掩蔽刺激間隔時間8ms(強度80dB nHL)更適宜新生兒前掩蔽聽性腦干反應的記錄。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of auditory brainstem response (BAR) in newborns with normal hearing at different time intervals and to explore the most suitable time interval for anterior masking recording.
