【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)鼻內(nèi)鏡下低溫等離子手術(shù)治療鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤術(shù)后黏膜上皮化規(guī)律。方法:對(duì)2008-07-2012-07期間接受鼻內(nèi)鏡下鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤低溫等離子射頻手術(shù)的104例患者進(jìn)行臨床分析,在鼻內(nèi)鏡下觀察其黏膜恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果:Ⅰ~Ⅲ級(jí)的黏膜恢復(fù)情況呈遞減趨勢(shì),經(jīng)組間χ2檢驗(yàn),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);平均上皮化時(shí)間為2.7個(gè)月。各級(jí)之間呈遞減趨勢(shì),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。大部分患者在2.9個(gè)月完成上皮化。結(jié)論:鼻內(nèi)鏡下低溫等離子手術(shù)治療鼻腔內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤安全、有效,術(shù)后復(fù)查至少3個(gè)月。
