不同年齡正常聽(tīng)力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)波潛伏期分析

【摘要】:目的探討不同年齡正常聽(tīng)力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)波潛伏期的特點(diǎn)及變化規(guī)律。方法對(duì)145例(290耳)聽(tīng)力正常新生兒和嬰幼兒進(jìn)行ABR測(cè)試,按以下年齡段分組:1~7天齡組13例26耳,30~59天齡組17例34耳,2~4月齡組20例40耳,5~7月齡組19例38耳,8~10月齡組17例34耳,11~13月齡組18例36耳,14~16月齡組12例24耳,17~19月齡組13例26耳,20~24月齡組16例32耳。另設(shè)18~25歲正常青年人20例40耳作為對(duì)照組。觀察各組各波潛伏期及波間期的變化特征。結(jié)果在70dB nHL click聲刺激下,不同月齡的聽(tīng)力正常新生兒和嬰幼兒波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期及波間期均隨月齡增大而逐漸縮短,5~7月齡組的波Ⅰ、8~10月齡組的波Ⅲ、17~19月齡組的波Ⅴ潛伏期與對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)、Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波間期分別在8~10、17~19月齡時(shí)接近正常青年人水平(P0.05),但Ⅲ-Ⅴ波間期至20~24月齡時(shí)仍較正常青年人延長(zhǎng)(P0.05)。結(jié)論正常聽(tīng)力新生兒和嬰幼兒ABR測(cè)試結(jié)果與其聽(tīng)覺(jué)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育成熟程度有關(guān),其結(jié)果應(yīng)根據(jù)不同月齡進(jìn)行修正,不能直接以成人的正常值作為正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) latency of normal newborns and infants at different ages. Methods ABR tests were performed on 145 newborns and infants with normal hearing.
