【摘要】：目的探討耳廓再造術(shù)后三期中利用耳甲腔部殘留組織抬高耳顱角的一種方法方法于再造耳廓的耳甲腔位置做一蒂在耳屏位置的半圓形切口,切開(kāi)皮膚剝離皮膚之下的筋膜瓣組織至合適的耳甲腔大小,將此筋膜瓣帶蒂通過(guò)隧道牽拉反折至耳支架后方耳顱角處固定,使患側(cè)耳顱角抬高,耳甲腔及耳顱角處分別植皮。結(jié)果本組患者共56例,均應(yīng)用此方法抬高耳顱角,術(shù)后隨訪患者40例,隨訪時(shí)間6-14個(gè)月,平均隨訪時(shí)間11個(gè)月,術(shù)后耳顱角維持在20-30°,外形美觀,患者滿意。結(jié)論耳甲腔下筋膜瓣組織轉(zhuǎn)移行耳顱角抬高手術(shù)方式簡(jiǎn)便可行,安全,并發(fā)癥少,是值得推廣的一種方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a method of raising the cranial angle of the auricular cavity with residual tissue in the third stage of auricular reconstruction to make a semicircular incision with pedicle in the position of the auricle of the reconstructed auricle. The fascia flap under the skin was cut off to the appropriate size of the ear teal cavity. The fascia flap with pedicle was pulled through the tunnel to fix the cranial angle behind the auricular bracket, so that the cranial angle of the affected lateral ear was raised, and the teal cavity and the horn of the ear were grafted separately. Results 56 cases were treated with this method. 40 cases were followed up for 6-14 months, the average follow-up time was 11 months. The postoperative cranial angle was maintained at 20-30 擄, the appearance was beautiful and the patients were satisfied. Conclusion the operative method of cranial angle elevation with tissue metastasis of submetacral fascia flap is simple and feasible, safe and has less complications, so it is worth popularizing.
