【摘要】：目的探討單側(cè)后半規(guī)管良性發(fā)作性位置性眩暈(PSC-BPPV)Dix-Hallpike試驗誘發(fā)的眼震特點與耳石復位法(CRP)療效及復發(fā)的相關(guān)性。方法單側(cè)PSC-BPPV確診后,記錄Dix-Hallpike試驗誘發(fā)的眼震持續(xù)時間和眼震頻率,予以CRP治療,確定入選病例,根據(jù)療效分組:1循環(huán)痊愈入Ⅰ組,2~3循環(huán)痊愈入Ⅱ組,4~6循環(huán)痊愈入Ⅲ組,6循環(huán)仍未愈入Ⅳ組,隨訪12個月,分析相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 161例患者入該研究,4組例數(shù)分別為39、75、38和9。眼震持續(xù)時間各組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=302.901,P0.01),Ⅰ與Ⅱ組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.376),Ⅰ(或Ⅱ)、Ⅲ和Ⅳ組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。眼震頻率各組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(F=10.526,P0.01),Ⅰ與其他3組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P≤0.01)。隨訪后,35例復發(fā),126例未復發(fā);復發(fā)組與未復發(fā)組眼震持續(xù)時間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),眼震頻率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。4組復發(fā)率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論單側(cè)PSC-BPPV患者Dix-Hallpike試驗時,眼震持續(xù)時間較短的,CRP療效較好;眼震頻率較快的,療效較好;眼震頻率慢的,12個月內(nèi)容易復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of nystagmus induced by Dix-Hallpike test in unilateral posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (PSC-BPPV) and the effect and recurrence of (CRP) with otolith reduction.
