中耳膽脂瘤上皮組織中IL-6和P-STAT3的表達及意義

【摘要】：目的：研究中耳膽脂瘤上皮組織中IL-6和P-STAT3的表達及其相關(guān)性,探討IL-6和P-STAT3在中耳膽脂瘤發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的作用。 方法：采用免疫組織化學SP法(SP immunohistochemical method)檢測25例成人中耳膽脂瘤上皮組織中IL-6和P-STAT3蛋白的表達情況,另取其中15例患者的正常外耳道皮膚組織作為對照。應(yīng)用SPSS15.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計學分析。 結(jié)果：25例中耳膽脂瘤上皮組織中,IL-6蛋白表達陽性18例(72.00%), P-STAT3蛋白表達陽性16例(64.00%)。15例對照組標本中IL-6和P-STAT3蛋白陽性表達分別為3例(20.00%)和4例(26.67%),兩組差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)；中耳膽脂瘤組IL-6和P-STAT3的表達具有正相關(guān)性(r=0.46,P0.05)。 結(jié)論：IL-6、P-STAT3在中耳膽脂瘤上皮組織中呈異常高表達,提示IL-6蛋白和P-STAT3蛋白過度表達可能與膽脂瘤上皮的高度增殖狀態(tài)密切相關(guān),在中耳膽脂瘤的發(fā)生與發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著一定作用。IL-6蛋白和P-STAT3蛋白表達呈正相關(guān),提示IL-6-STAT3信號傳導通路在中耳膽脂瘤上皮的過度增殖機制中起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of IL-6 and P-STAT3 in middle ear cholesteatoma and their correlation, and to explore the role of IL-6 and P-STAT3 in the pathogenesis and development of middle ear cholesteatoma. Methods: the expression of IL-6 and P-STAT3 protein in 25 cases of adult middle ear cholesteatoma was detected by immunohistochemical SP (SP immunohistochemical method) method, and 15 cases of normal external auditory canal skin tissue were used as control. SPSS15.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: in 25 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma, 18 cases (72.00%) were positive for IL-6 protein expression. There were 16 cases (64.00%) positive expression of P-STAT3 protein, 3 cases (20.00%) of IL-6 and 4 cases (26.67%) of P-STAT3 protein in 15 cases of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of IL-6 and P-STAT3 in middle ear cholesteatoma group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the overexpression of IL-6,P-STAT3 in the epithelium of middle ear cholesteatoma suggests that the overexpression of IL-6 protein and P-STAT3 protein may be closely related to the high proliferation of cholesteatoma epithelium. The expression of IL-6 protein and P-STAT3 protein were positively correlated, suggesting that IL-6-STAT3 signal transduction pathway plays an important role in the mechanism of excessive proliferation of middle ear cholesteatoma epithelium.
