聽障兒童單字調(diào)和雙字調(diào)發(fā)音的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的探討聽障兒童單字調(diào)發(fā)音和雙字調(diào)發(fā)音的相關(guān)性及差異。方法以十六種雙字調(diào)組合為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)32個(gè)詞語,對(duì)45例使用助聽器的兒童和75例植入人工耳蝸的兒童(均為3~5歲)進(jìn)行單字調(diào)和雙字調(diào)發(fā)音測(cè)試,比較二組兒童兩種發(fā)音的得分及相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果①120例聽障兒童總平均分、一聲、二聲、三聲和四聲的單字調(diào)發(fā)音得分分別為91.88%±17.12%、99.75%±1.20%、84.92%±29.79%、90.14%±24.17%和93.19%±20.47%,雙字調(diào)發(fā)音得分分別為84.81%±21.82%、97.44%±7.53%、71.36%±34.81%、82.12%±28.97%和88.61%±25.84%;②相關(guān)分析表明,單字調(diào)和雙字調(diào)發(fā)音的總平均分、二聲、三聲和四聲的得分之間高度相關(guān)(0.8r1,P0.001),而一聲的單字調(diào)和雙字調(diào)發(fā)音得分顯著相關(guān)(r=0.31,P=0.001);③方差分析表明,單字調(diào)和雙字調(diào)的總平均分和四個(gè)聲調(diào)的得分均存在顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論聽障兒童的雙字調(diào)發(fā)音明顯落后于單字調(diào)發(fā)音,單字調(diào)發(fā)音對(duì)雙字調(diào)發(fā)音有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the correlation and difference between monolingual tone pronunciation and double tone pronunciation in children with hearing impairment. Methods Thirty-two words were designed on the basis of sixteen double tone combinations. Forty-five children with hearing aids and 75 children with cochlear implants (all aged 3 or 5 years) were tested for single word and double tone pronunciation. The scores of two kinds of pronunciation and their correlation were compared between the two groups. Results the total average score of 1120 children with hearing impairment was 91.88% 鹵17.129.75% 鹵1.20% 鹵84.92% 鹵29.79, respectively. 90.14% 鹵24.17% and 93.19% 鹵20.47%, the scores of double tone pronunciation were 84.81% 鹵21.82% 鹵97.44% 鹵7.53 and 71.36% 鹵34.81% 鹵28.97% and 88.61% 鹵25.84, respectively. 2 correlation analysis showed that the total average score, two, three and four tones of single word and double tone were highly correlated (0.8r1 / P0.001), while the score of single word and double tone was significantly correlated (r = 0.31, r = 0.31). (P0. 001); 3Analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between the total average score of single word and double tone and the score of four tones (P0.05). Conclusion the double tone pronunciation of children with hearing impairment lags behind that of single tone pronunciation.
