【摘要】：目的探討聽障兒童雙字調(diào)發(fā)音能力的影響因素。方法對(duì)120名3-5歲聽障兒童的雙字調(diào)發(fā)音進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果康復(fù)年齡、助聽效果、康復(fù)時(shí)間和性別對(duì)雙字調(diào)發(fā)音的影響具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),生理年齡、助聽方式、佩戴時(shí)間對(duì)聽障兒童的雙字調(diào)發(fā)音能力的影響沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)�？祻�(fù)年齡和康復(fù)時(shí)間的兩兩比較分析表明,3歲以前接受康復(fù)以及康復(fù)時(shí)間在一年半以上的聽障兒童的雙字調(diào)發(fā)音能力更好。Logistic回歸分析顯示,康復(fù)年齡、康復(fù)時(shí)間和助聽效果對(duì)雙字調(diào)發(fā)音能力有顯著性預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)論保證最優(yōu)的助聽效果、3歲以前接受康復(fù)訓(xùn)練并持續(xù)一年半以上,對(duì)聽障兒童雙字調(diào)發(fā)音能力的提高具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of double tone pronunciation in children with hearing impairment. Methods double tone pronunciation was evaluated in 120 children with hearing impairment aged 3-5 years, and the influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results the effects of rehabilitation age, hearing aid effect, rehabilitation time and sex on the pronunciation of double-character tone were statistically significant (P0.05). The influence of wearing time on the double tone pronunciation of children with hearing impairment was not statistically significant (P0.05). The comparative analysis of rehabilitation age and rehabilitation time showed that children with hearing impairment who received rehabilitation before 3 years of age and who had been rehabilitated for more than one and a half years had better ability to pronounce two characters. Logistic regression analysis showed that rehabilitation age was better. Rehabilitation time and hearing aid can significantly predict the ability of double tone pronunciation. Conclusion to ensure the optimal effect of hearing aid and to receive rehabilitation training for more than one and a half years before the age of 3, it is of great significance to improve the ability of diatonic pronunciation in children with hearing impairment.
