【摘要】：正急性視網(wǎng)膜壞死綜合征(ARN)是一種嚴重的眼科疾病。單純皰疹病毒性腦炎合并ARN臨床罕見,現(xiàn)報告1例如下。1病例男,45歲,農(nóng)民,已婚。因"發(fā)熱11 d,精神異常6d,意識障礙2 d"于2014年1月5日入院。患者11 d前出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,5 d后出現(xiàn)精神異常。外院頭顱MRI檢查示雙側(cè)顳葉、海馬、島葉及右側(cè)額葉皮質(zhì)區(qū)異常信號影;腰穿CSF檢查:白
[Abstract]:Positive acute retinal necrosis syndrome (ARN) is a serious ophthalmic disease. Herpes simplex encephalitis associated with ARN is a rare clinical occurrence. For example, 1 case of male, 45 years old, farmer, married. She was admitted to hospital on January 5, 2014 because of "fever 11 d, mental abnormality 6 d, consciousness disorder 2 d". The patient developed fever 11 days ago and psychosis 5 days later. MRI showed abnormal signal intensity in bilateral temporal lobe, hippocampus, insular lobe and right frontal cortex.
