【摘要】：目的回顧性分析比較鼓室硬化癥與中耳膽脂瘤手術(shù)治療前后聽(tīng)力變化情況。方法對(duì)36例中耳膽脂瘤患者,31例鼓室硬化患者手術(shù)前后聽(tīng)力變化進(jìn)行回顧性總結(jié),聽(tīng)力情況以500,1000,2000,4000Hz的氣骨導(dǎo)差值分別進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析比較。結(jié)果兩組患者血鈣水平?jīng)]有明顯差異;術(shù)前聽(tīng)力下降鼓室硬化癥組比中耳膽脂瘤組嚴(yán)重;術(shù)后聽(tīng)力兩組均較術(shù)前有顯著提高,且兩組之間聽(tīng)力改善沒(méi)有顯著差別。中耳膽脂瘤組和鼓室硬化癥組的術(shù)后氣骨導(dǎo)差在500,1000Hz頻率均明顯低于術(shù)前。同時(shí)手術(shù)對(duì)于中耳膽脂瘤組聽(tīng)力改善在2000和4000Hz明顯優(yōu)于鼓室硬化癥組。結(jié)論手術(shù)對(duì)于鼓室硬化癥的聽(tīng)力改善效果與中耳膽脂瘤相似,尤其對(duì)于中低頻聽(tīng)力的提高效果明確。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the hearing changes of tympanic sclerosis and middle ear cholesteatoma before and after operation. Methods the hearing changes of 36 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma and 31 patients with tympanic sclerosis before and after operation were retrospectively summarized. Results there was no significant difference in serum calcium level between the two groups, the hearing loss in tympanic sclerosis group was more serious than that in middle ear cholesteatoma group, and the postoperative hearing level in both groups was significantly higher than that before operation, and there was no significant difference in hearing improvement between the two groups. In the middle ear cholesteatoma group and tympanic sclerosis group, the frequency of air-bone conductance difference at 500 ~ 1000 Hz was significantly lower than that before operation. At the same time, the hearing improvement of middle ear cholesteatoma group was significantly better than that of tympanic sclerosis group in 2000 and 4000Hz. Conclusion the effect of operation on hearing improvement in tympanic sclerosis is similar to that in middle ear cholesteatoma, especially in middle and low frequency hearing.
