【摘要】： 目的:觀察分析我院門診診斷慢性閉角型青光眼30例(41只眼)的臨床特點(diǎn),分析總結(jié)慢性閉角型青光眼的臨床特征、視神經(jīng)損傷機(jī)理、視神經(jīng)纖維層(RNFL)平均厚度與視野缺損的相關(guān)性。 方法:對(duì)30例慢性閉角型青光眼患者41只眼進(jìn)行相干斷層掃描(OCT)及視野檢查,對(duì)其RNFL平均厚度和視野進(jìn)行測(cè)量,使用SPSS 11.5統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,采用相關(guān)分析方法對(duì)RNFL平均厚度與視野缺損進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。 結(jié)果:通過(guò)對(duì)41只眼的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,結(jié)果顯示:RNFL平均厚度與平均缺損(MD)、平均敏感度(MS)相關(guān)(r=-0.623,p0.01;r=0.568,p0.01)。 結(jié)論:海德堡Spectralis OCT型掃描儀RNFL程序在慢性閉角型青光眼的診斷上與瑞士OCTOPUS 101視野計(jì)G2程序高度相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical characteristics of 30 cases (41 eyes) of chronic angle-closure glaucoma diagnosed in outpatient clinic of our hospital, and to analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of chronic angle closure glaucoma and the mechanism of optic nerve injury. Correlation between (RNFL) mean thickness of optic nerve fiber layer and visual field defect. Methods: coherence tomography (OCT) and visual field examination were performed in 41 eyes of 30 patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma. The mean thickness and visual field of RNFL were measured by SPSS 11.5 software. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the mean thickness of RNFL and visual field defect. Results: the average thickness of RNFL was correlated with the average sensitivity of (MD), in 41 eyes (r = 0.623, p 0.01). The results showed that the mean thickness of RNFL was significantly correlated with the average sensitivity of (MD), (r = 0.623, p 0.01n = 0.568 / p 0.01). Conclusion: the RNFL program of Heidelberg Spectralis OCT scanner is highly correlated with OCTOPUS 101 visual field G 2 program in the diagnosis of chronic angle closure glaucoma.
