正常青年人失匹配負波檢查

【摘要】:目的探討失匹配負波(mismatch negativity,MMN)檢查在正常青年人中的特點,并分析閱讀狀態(tài)和集中注意力時MMN檢查的結(jié)果有無差異。方法對12例青年女性(年齡29-31y,平均30.08y)和18例青年男性(年齡27-34y,平均30.22y)行MMN檢查,所有受試者均行聽性腦干反應(ABR)閾值檢查,確定ABR閾值,MMN檢查在受試者在閱讀狀態(tài)和集中注意力狀態(tài)時分別檢測,采用oddball刺激方式,給予短純音刺激,偏差刺激聲為2000Hz,概率為20%,標準刺激為1000 Hz,概率為80%,刺激頻率為1.1次/s,刺激聲強度為ABR閾上50dB nHL;觀察MMN潛伏期及波幅的特點。結(jié)果所有受試者ABR閾值均≤25 dB nHL。每例受試者均可引出MMN波形,女性在閱讀狀態(tài)下MMN潛伏期為159.57±20.64 ms,波幅為3.82±1.38 uV,在集中注意力狀態(tài)下MMN潛伏期為155.96±17.51 ms,波幅為4.28±1.89 uV,經(jīng)配對t檢驗潛伏期和波幅在兩種狀態(tài)下無顯著差異;男性在閱讀狀態(tài)下MMN潛伏期為150.48±19.57 ms,波幅為3.75±1.27 uV,在集中注意力狀態(tài)下MMN潛伏期為144.81±15.42 ms,波幅為3.99±1.34 uV,經(jīng)配對t檢驗潛伏期和波幅在兩種狀態(tài)下無顯著差異;經(jīng)獨立樣本t檢驗,男女在上述兩種狀態(tài)下MMN波幅和潛伏期均無顯著差異。結(jié)論正常青年男女均能引出MMN波形,男女之間MMN檢查的波幅和潛伏期無差異,閱讀狀態(tài)和集中注意力狀態(tài)對MMN檢查的波幅和潛伏期無影響。
